No Customer Support
Purchased resistance bands a few months back. Haven't really used them much but the black band broke. I then tried to get a warranty replacement for the band but was not able to contact them in any way. The live chat just showed my message and they never replied and the info@ email does not exist.
UPDATE
FitnessHaus have managed to find this review and have contacted my email. I have ammended the review

Superb Quality
