I have not received my order, after two emails there still has been ne response, yet I have had reminders about reviewing Fitness Haus, not a happy customer, so be honest even one star is too much!!!

Such an excellent service. The product has arrived a day before expected date. The booty bands and resistance bands I ordered were in a perfect condition and with good quality. I would definitely shop again and wholeheartedly recommend to everyone 👍🏼

Product not fit for purpose
Delivery was fantastic - next day. Product not as shown on website photo (which was the main reason for buying from this company) and not fit for purpose when compared to similar product purchased from another company. Was offered 50% refund and to keep the product rather than send back and obtain a 100% refund; I thought this was fair although I would certainly not recommend this to anyone.

Given so many other retailers have been out of stock of dumbbells and bands, it was great to see FitnessHaus had replenished stock and prompt delivery as well. Trustworthy fitness equipment provider that I'll certainly be returning back to!
