Bought a cross trainer, it was cheap and nasty. Waste of money.

I have had one of these bikes for over 4 years and have found it to be an excellent addition to my frequent walks outside and gym visits. When the weather is bad and a gym visit not practicable the bike is a good option especially as I can watch TV at the same time.

Easy to order, prompt delivery. Very good assembly instructions. Minor query after delivery answered same day. And on top of that the bike is really good.

I’m very pleased with my excise bike, I thought the quality of the item was good quality as was the price and it was easy to put together, although the instructions are good and clear , there was a bit of confusion on where to place the transport wheels , I wish I’d look at the video on YouTube before ,as I put the them on back to front. The bike is great to use ,I wanted a bike with a comfortable seat that didn’t take up too much room and could fold away, this bike ticks all the boxes it’s smooth and quite to use and has a screen that tracks your ride .The only down side was the delivery address on the bike was the wrong house number and not the same as the invoice number , an error by the packers , it was a neighbours house and although they told the driver it wasn’t for them , he rightly said well it’s this address on the label, lucky they know me and brought it round, being heavy they could of done without that. A minor grip as we are only human

I bought the Roger Black folding bike. The product itself was very solid and stable, and as expecting something of much less quality for the price so very happy. Had a problem with the handle, emailed customer support and it was sorted same day with a new part sent out with no issues! Would 100% recommend this product and company! Really happy

Not a bad piece of equipment and relatively easy to assemble.
However what has hacked me off today is to receive an email telling why I should get an exercise bike (and not terribly compelling) but also telling I can buy one £50 cheaper than I paid! Can’t believe the stupidity. I also received an email on caring for my bike with a pretty uninformative interview with someone who has a bike mending business.

Have really taken to this bike. The only criticism I have is the small one that the "feet" are not fixed in position. Every time I put it up one or more is therefore in the wrong position. Its a chore if a small one.

My Roger Black exercise bike is everything I hoped for. It looks and feels like a quality item. It came with some assembly for me to do and this was very simple. I love that it has a variety of programme levels (I’m starting at the bottom so plenty of room to move up through the challenges). It sits still in position- I wouldn’t want to have to move it for each use as it’s too heavy for that, however if I wanted it to live somewhere else, 2 of us could move it easily. The seat is as comfortable as it gets for a bike seat (it’s not a sofa). Adjustment on the seat and handlebars is enough to fit anyone. I am so happy with this product it is extremely good value for money. Finally, even the ordering and delivery process were spot on. Good communication and it was delivered on time and to the room in which I use it.

Delivered quickly, easy to assemble, we haven't used the fold away feature, nice sound quality on the speakers, easy controls and settings, I mostly do long brisk walks on an incline but my husband tends to reach a sprint as part of his daily exercise routine, we are very happy with the running machine.

Exercise bike arrived exactly when expected. Bike was easily assembled using clear instructions and performs as described.

Great service, great product. Reliable and well made. The price reflects the product, higher price than some other models, but having had three cheaper models fail, I’ve got back to Roger Black and will for the foreseeable.

The bicycle is too heavy to shift around and I don't like the handlebars. I’m a 71 year old female pensioner and I think the bike is better suited to stronger, younger people. The company have been excellent in processing a refund while allowing me to proceed with my charity donation. I suspect the fault lies with me rather than the product. They have responded promptly to all my queries. An excellent company to deal with.
