Received said product, and eagerly applied as per instructions. What a huge expensive disappointment. The fixative oozed out off of the denture and certainly did not act as any form of barrier, despite only having a cool drink, after over 3 hours of administering it.
Had placed the fixative exactly as instructed, and noticed it was more a jelly type consistency that did not adhere well despite the denture being clean and dry.

The item they sent out was totally different from what is advertised.
Their advert states pharmaceutical medicines, but what they send out I could've bought at my local Holland & Barrett shop at a third of the price.
When contacting support & asking for a return/refund you are sent around in circles & then finally given an address in Honolulu to send back!
Costing more than the product you bought!
What a scam of a company, there should be some sort of legislation that can punish these companies for their false claims & adverts!
Unfortunately I'm not able to leave a minus 5 star.
Total scam company, avoid like your life depended on it.

I had to wait 2 weeks to get delivery, and totally differenrt product was sent . I could have bought two bottles of what they sent in Britain with free next day delivery for under £ 8-00. I paid £38-00 to fitrava for the same thing. Scammers and thieves.

I paid £20 for denture fixative it arrived quickly enough but the product was useless. I put it on my bottom denture and it disintegrated after 10 mins so i tried again putting on a little more but same thing happened. The so called gel was very runny. Poligrip is 100 % better. I yried to return item but it was costing £20 so i still would be out of pocket. They offered me 10% refund !

Do Not use this company. I would give it no stars at all. I purchased the denture adhesive Afinera at a cost of £23.99 Inc the postage. I read the info about returns etc and also noted that the company address was UK based. The product took 10days to arrive. The product in the package was completely different to the photo on my delivery email. When I used it, it was a almost clear slimmy gel, that was gone as soon as I drank something. Within an hour I had to reapply my usual brand of denture adhesive. The product that this company advertised is a scam and when I emailed to return it, the return address was Hawaii!! Which would have cost approx £13.70 postage. I emailed Fitrava several times but received the same answer. We can't or won't help you. Absolute Scam don't get fooled the way I did.

They sent out a different product to what I ordered. Then try to say it has the same compounds. However their own website shows how different they are

Posted a review abit unfairly, bought some mullein liquid, which I thought I'd been conned on. After a few emails and a wait it did turn up. Weather it works or not I'll find out.

Being a bigger girl especially in the summer. Needed something to stop irritation. I purchased this item. It is the smallest amount I have ever seen. Suppose to be called Dryelle.
This is called OUHOE.
I paid £20 for this. I don't want anyone else to be conned by this company. Supposed to be in the UK. Return postage is China. I have to pay to send it back. Advertising on Facebook.
Please don't fall for the advert. All a lies.
