This company was selected by my insurance company to repair self inflicted damage. Whilst not local to my home, they made the whole experience painless and completed the repair to the highest standard. Staff were keen to help and I was kept well informed of progress. Workmanship excellent,collection and handover was smooth, however customer parking is limited and I had to leave the hired car on the main street, overall customer service very good.

After being involved in an accident at no fault of my own, I was highly recommended to use this bodywork shop. With only having our new car for less than 6 months, I was determined to source a bodywork shop who would take pride in repairing my car to its immaculate condition. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship that has been performed on my car. The attention to each detail was second to none. I would also like to sincerely thank the owner “Alan” and manager “Nick” who both made sure I was directly contacted by either person to get an update on my car on a regular basis. Their communication, professionalism and service provided was outstanding and from the initial start process I felt very comfortable that my car was in the right hands. Credit to this business who actually pride themselves in what they do. Will be highly recommending this company to family and friends. Thanks again.

Outstanding service
Only having my new car for a week, came out of work to find that someone had battered the side of it, I presume trying to park. No contact details left couldn’t believe anyone would do that. Contacted insurance company they advised I take it to auto fix.
Staff were great explained exactly what I needed, the time it would take and the process of a courtesy car. The courtesy car was brand new and easy to drive. I was going on holiday and auto fix parked my car at home ready for my return when work was completed. I was very happy with the work done and the outstanding service I received. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, I would highly recommend.

Great Service
From the start when I turned up at fix auto ayr Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice regarding claiming on insurance and how everything worked. Fix auto Ayr wasnt on the list of garages my insurance company used but was the closest renault dealer to my house so after dealing woth insurwnce they agreed to let us use Fix auto Ayr. Once the paperwork side was complete we scheduled in for the repair which took a couple of weeks to complete and we used a couteay car which was brand new Seat Arona. My car (Kadjar) looks like new and the work has been done to a very high standard. We are very pleased and although we hope we won't need to return for another repair we would definitely be back if anything was to happen again as we were so pleased with the results.
