Great Customer service, always informative, keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on, I.e from ordering the parts, to them arriving and a completion date. Our car went to Autofix as that’s where our insurance sent it, and from the start to end the service has been brilliant, Andrew has kept me up to date with everything I’ve asked for and the car has come back looking really good and they even cleaned it inside and out which was a nice touch

Well ultimately the repairs on my car, look great, but the staff I dealt with were FAB too, from the guy, Michael who collected my car, Donna in the office & then I spoke to two gents when I collected my car, both who I wish I had taken their names, but thank you ALL for your courtesy & excellent customer service.

Great service from start to finish. Andrew was brilliant, Donna in the office kept me up to date and actually got my car finished and repaired sooner. Callum also dropped off and picked up my car, which really helped.
