I received very good service, my car was picked up from my home and the curtesy car delivered promptly at the date and time specified. The same applies to the return after the repair was completed.
I manage a fleet of vehicles and the service we received was outstanding and would definitely use again.
Excellent repair work. Car even given a valet which I wasn't expecting.

Excellent service from taking vehicle…
Excellent service from taking vehicle in to picking it up could track repair as it was going through the stage of repair when I picked my car up the repair job was like new they valet and polished my car looked like a new car when I picked it up.

It took four months from a non fault…
It took four months from a non fault accident to getting my vehicle repaired. I was originally offered a courtesy vehicle but nearer the time they didn’t have any?
My vehicle has just been returned yesterday and the new rear bumper is on wonky! Cant afford to waste another four months of my time to put it bluntly.

The repairs made to my car were…fantastic
The repairs made to my car were excellent, its like it was brand new. I do think communication could very improved ie calls returned when asked for updates. Also 7 weeks for repairs is a bIt extreme, although i do except that Ford is partly to blame and a list of guaranteed repairs would be useful.

Overall a very helpful team
Overall a very helpful team, and good communication along the way. Only comment was that the repair took longer than expected, and that could have caused some issues with other plans. However they provided a courtesy car for the entire period which helped immensely.

Standard of workmanship was excellent…
Standard of workmanship was excellent but let down by little problems after picking car up, e.g. dash cam not reconnected, interior light settings changed, side mirror not working correctly.
