Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Henley-on-Thames Opiniones 

After a relatively minor accident resulting in a damaged bumper Fix Auto was provided by the other part's insurer. I cannot fault the repair or the time taken for the repair to be completed. I was however promised the car to be returned on the Wednesday, which they then informed me wouldn't be possible, by which point I had already been required to return the courtesy car. As I was required to travel for work the following day I expressly stated that I would need my car by 07:30, which I was assured it would be delivered for then. When I phoned at 08:00, I was informed that that they had never said it would be delivered for 07:30 but that their driver had left at about that time. The car was eventually delivered around 08:30, which caused delays in my arrival time. It is clear that they don't sufficiently resource their car delivery driver capability for the promises the business makes.

Great support from Andrea at the reception desk. Always available to give an update and contacted me directly when the status of my repair changed. The repair did take quite some time but the work was good and car had been thoroughly cleaned before collection. Much appreciated Fix Auto Henley!

Communication was extremely good from start to finish, with personal calls and text. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. They fitted around my busy schedule to collect and drop off my car. The courtesy car was up to date and clean. The body work repairs are immaculate, you cannot tell there had been any damage and looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I recently had my car repaired there i found the service i received was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The moment i dropped my car off the great service started the gentleman i met was very friendly and polite the car i was lent was very nice .The gentleman said any problems just give us a ring.

Sadly very slow service, went in for a small scuff repair, took three weeks from collection to return.

I took my car in for a quote to have the front & rear bumpers re-sprayed last Wednesday. I was told that I would receive the estimate the following day. I hadn't heard anything so I called & was told someone would be in touch.

To date I still haven't heard anything, clearly they are not bothered with the works, as a potential customer it is not my responsibility to chase for the works.

Very poor customer service and will not be getting my work in the future. Clearly all they are bothered about is big insurance claims whereby they charge whatever they want driving up people's insurance premiums.

The reason for five stars is because of the condition my van was returned to me. It went into the workshop to have the side loading door replaced and was returned to me looking brilliant. It had been washed and polished and looked superb. Evert time I telephoned about my van the people answering the phone were helpful and if they couldn't give me a reply straight away called back when they said they would. The man (Dave) who collected and delivered my van back to me was friendly and jovial. Although Fix Auto is in Henley is a long way from Oxford, any bodywork I need done on my van in the future I will take it to Fix Auto.

I found communication pretty poor and took for me to call to find out if my repair was done etc. Took double the time I was quoted via email by this company. When my car was delivered back, I wasn’t home (which was fine/pre agreed to post the key). However when I returned home all 4 windows of my car were left open. I looked at my ring door bell to double check and yes was left like that from delivery, thank god it was a dry day. Delivery guys were pleasant and helpful though as had picked/dropped off cars several times over the weeks my car was gone.

Overall the repair was done and to the “untrained eye” done well. But not the most easy service.

Car repair was really first class. No issues.
The only comment I would make is that the communication could have been better. First week of repair good, kept me updated, but second week nothing. I did all the chasing to establish how the repair was progressing.

Not enough communication as to what was happening and the length opf time the van was to be out of action.

Van returned looking like new!

Courtesy van faulty headlight drivers side not working and windscreen washer no water in it ,I filled it up but the motor did not work so washwipe ver dangerous

Lots of care was taken of my car which I am quite precious about whilst it was at Fix Auto. Great customer service - everyone was always polite and kept me up to date. Car was returned very clean and repair work is amazing - would never know anything had happened to it! Car looks like it is brand new from the factory again. Courtesy car was good and clean on arrival. Pick up and drop off service was appreciated. Big thanks to Andy and the team at Fix Auto for a professional job from me taking the car for estimating to completion!

I found the process of collection and delivery difficult to manage because no time was given until the day.
I had no contact phone number or address as to where my car was, I managed to find email.
The repair looks great.
The back seats of my car had been messed around with and not put back as when it was collected.
A ten pound note in the box near the driver's seat has gone. My fault , should not have left it there.

Very professional in the work

Once the part arrived for my car they picked it up Thursday and returned it within 24 hrs fixed and much much cleaner than when they collected would give 10 stars if i could lol
