This was an annoying theft of a…
This was an annoying theft of a catalytic converter from my vehicle.
Fix Auto rang me within an hour of me submitting my insurance claim. They were very obliging and changed collection time without complaint.
They kept me informed of progress and offered to fit a protective plate to deter any future attempt of theft.
The vehicle was returned cleaned and valeted which they hadn't needed to do, since this was a theft of an external component.
Everyone I spoke to was most obliging and pleasant to deal with.

Helpful and easy
Helpful and easy. Quick to arrange a pick up and drop off. Courtesy car provided also in good condition. Very polite staff both in persona and over the phone. They did a great job with the repairs from my accidents and cleaned the car and sent back in great condition.

Great service, I was kept informed of the progress on the repairs, replacement car was of a good standard. My car was returned clean and fantastic bodywork repairs. I would certainly recommend. Many thanks!!
