Everybody was really helpful that I…
Everybody was really helpful that I spoke to. They came out to my place of work to check my car was safe to drive. When they returned my car they have done an absolutely beautiful job on the dents and the paint work. My car looked brand new!!

Top Work But Communication Needs to Improve

It was a stress free experience
It was a stress free experience. My car was picked up from my home. The gentleman who delivered the car was very professional.
When my car was ready, it was delivered to me without any hassle. I was informed when the driver was due.
The driver who brought the car back was very courteous and professional.
On the whole I was impressed with their service.

The time taken to repair my car was unreasonable. The communication could have been a lot better. However when the car was returned yesterday it looked like they have made a good job. Following my complaints they did get me a decent loan car.
