I found the whole thing stress free and I now have a smart ‘new ‘ car in spite of what has been a distressing incident. The Hyundai car I was given to drive was perfect.

Good service
Good service, quick turn around and very quick to correct faults after returning repaired vehicle to us.

I see no reason in having my car in to do the work when you had not got the parts to do the job, as my car was still road worthy it was a waste of a courtesy car.

Repairs were rushed
Repairs were rushed, the bootdoor does not look good where the join has been made. There is a part missing from under my car and I have called and left a message and nobody has called me back.

There was no need to remove anything from the boot or vehicle to enable to change the bumper. We checked in our displaced parts area just in case and checked with cleaner.
If you would like further piece of mind or amends to the repair completed by our bodyshop please let us know so we are able to rectify this as it seems, on this occasion, we were unable to meet our high standards.
We can ensure you that at Fix Auto UK we pride ourselves in excellent customer service across all of our bodyshops and hope that in the future we are able to offer a better experience.

Really good professional service all-round
Really good service all-round; slight delay re finishing date, but these things can't be helped sometimes even with the best of planning. Good communication/easy to contact the office and most importantly, the car looks like it's brand new! Would certainly recommend.

Staff are helpful and polite
Staff are helpful and polite, they did what they said they were going to do and my car came back in showroom condition with a work guarantee. The man who collected it and delivered it back really seemed to take pride in his work.

Fix auto have been great with…
Fix auto have been great with communications and I am really happy with the repairs on my car. It would have been an easy 5 stars; however car was dropped off on double yellow lines, which unfortunately did not go down well with neighbours as I was at work and unable to move it for several hours.
Nevertheless, for quality of work I would absolutely recommend fix auto.
