I found the whole thing stress free and I now have a smart ‘new ‘ car in spite of what has been a distressing incident. The Hyundai car I was given to drive was perfect.

They did a 5star job on the car and…
They did a 5star job on the car and were friendly and professional. Only downside (possibly down to the insurance rather than fix auto was the courtesy car was a tiny Hyundi and I didn’t realise it was a manual until it arrived; I’ve been driving an automatic for last 12 years. On the plus side I was impressed that they collected and delivered the car on completion.
