Very efficient service. They arranged to have my car picked up and dropped off after the work was completed. The work done was excellent and communication was efficient too!

Rob and team was professional
Rob and he’s team was professional, friendly and efficient from the word go,, communications was clear and concise with updates via the app. I trusted they would fix my car to the original state and the outcome was superb as expected.

The actual work was good
The actual work was good, your communication was rather poor, we were told that they expected to return the car on Friday 29th, having had no confirmation either way, we assumed that it would be coming back then. By about 4:30 my wife phoned and was told it was not coming, probably Monday, again no communication till just before lunch time.

Great service. Car was fixed quickly collected from me at work and dropped back off to my requested location. Was brought back in pristine condition, had, had a full valet. Great service, couldn’t have asked for more.

Drivers wheel arch damage
Had a no fault accident & my AA insurance recommended Fix Auto Hoddesdon for damage to my car. From assessment of damage to ordering parts & fixing the damage, took approximately 4weeks. Happy with the work done, car looks like it has never had any damage to it. Impressive
