A high standard of service and repair
A collision with a wild animal while driving is an experience nobody wants have. Fortunately no one was hurt, but the same can’t be said of the car. Badly damaged, our insurer arranged for repair with Fix Auto Inverness. It’s a stressful situation, but right from the start our experience with the company was positive. We were well looked after and given the reassurance needed by friendly, efficient and professional staff. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Everything was as it should be and the quality of the repair was first class. The vehicle was even cleaned and valeted while awaiting collection. Can’t rate them highly enough.

My mum's car went in to have a scraped bumper fixed, they did a great job, it looks brand new now. All the staff were helpful and friendly, good company to deal with.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Bodywork repair fantastic. Pity that there was a problem with a door lock when collected which should have been noticed. However, immediately put right so that we could be on our way home without having to return at a later date.

Quality work
At first sight at least the work done appears to be of an excellent standard. The company were very open and frank about the estimated completion date and initially provided timely notice of an initial revision of this date. However with further slippages it was left to me to initiate the communications. So no problems with the actual slippages as these were understandable, more to do with the actual communication.

Lisa does a superb job on reception - our emails or phone calls were always answered very promptly and efficiently. We were also in touch with Steven who went out of his way to make the job as good as it possibly could be. A couple of parts were delayed which meant that things ran later than expected but we were always kept in close contact and felt that we were in safe hands throughout the process. It was such a relief to be so well looked after. Sincere thanks, Ashgrove!

Everyone is so lovely and professional at Ashgrove Fix Auto. A big thank you to Lisa on the front desk who made sure all my calls were answered and for organising a courtesy car for me when there wasn’t any. The progress tracker is very useful in checking how they were getting on with fixing my car. All communications were done in a timely fashion. Thank you for all the help
