Everyone is so lovely and professional at Ashgrove Fix Auto. A big thank you to Lisa on the front desk who made sure all my calls were answered and for organising a courtesy car for me when there wasn’t any. The progress tracker is very useful in checking how they were getting on with fixing my car. All communications were done in a timely fashion. Thank you for all the help

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and trouble free. Lisa at reception was extremely helpful and friendly and kept me informed. Ashgrove Bodyshop Inverness did what they said they would when they said they would. When I delivered the car for repairs on 23rd August they estimated completion to be 30th August and it was completed on 30th. The paint colour was a perfect match. (I had previously pointed out the manufacturer paint colour name)

From start to finish, Lisa from Ashgrove kept me updated, as well as the great little app you can use to keep track of the repair update. When the repair was complete I was absolutely stunned at the workmanship. Flawless paint work restored and they even replaced my after-market carbon fibre extras like for like. 10/10 service……..I almost want to crash again 😆

Good to deal with and repair done well no complaints

Fantastic service. Was kept up to date with repairs on your tracking site. The repairs were also completed a day early. very impressed with the quality and speed of the work. Lisa at Reception was great, so good to see someone so Cheery at their work and also very customer orientated.

After a pretty disastrous period of communication between this approved repairer and my daughter’s insurance company, we finally got her car booked in for a small insurance job. I had been liaising with Stephen regarding the repair as there was another separate issue with my daughter’s car that we had agreed would be looked at and he would report back to me with the verdict of the workshop. I called up after a week of being without the car for an update to be told that Stephen was on holiday and nothing was on the notes about the separate issue. I know that Stephen had made notes as I was present in the office as he recorded our conversation. Lo and behold, my daughter gets a call today to say the vehicle will be delivered back to her complete. Surprise, surprise, the separate issue had not even been looked at presumably because no notes had been passed from Stephen to the body shop prior to going on holiday. The insurance work is fine but this is not the outcome we were looking for and so I will be left to go elsewhere to have the other repair sorted out.

The workmanship done to my car is outstanding , I am delighted with the quality of the work done , And the lovely Lisa in reception kept me up to date throughout the entire procedure. 5 star. all the way. p/s. I would have no hesitation in recommending auto fix to any of my friends

Great communication throughout the repair period. The quality of work was to a very high standard, despite the amount damage the car sustained. Lisa is a great ambassador for the company in coordinating the repair from collection to delivery.
