Had my volkswagon polo bumper repaired and painted excellent job and excellent customer service thanks a lot .👍

Just another dishonest garage doing sub standard work. The paint work quality is poor with runs and blemishes in the paint. Was also told they sorted out the scuffs on the alloy, they didn't and will happily lie to you. Now having to wait 3 weeks for them to correct there mistakes and even then I'm not confident they will produce an acceptable job.

Fix Auto Paignton. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
Having had my Peugeot 308 repaired by them after a RTC that needed 3 panels repaired and rear off side wheel and Tyre replaced and driver side mirror replaced. The paint work was OK but a TPMS sensor fault light resulted in a MOT failure.
Fix Auto Paignton said they had put a new TPMS sensor in the new wheel and were unable to clear the Code.
I had to take my car to my local Peugeot Main dealer who told me that Peugeot 308GT uses indirect TPMS and there are no sensors in the wheel, the Tyre pressure is monitored by the ABS but needs to know the outside ambient temperature which is monitored by a sensor in the wing mirror and this wasn’t connected back properly.
Had Fix Auto contacted the Peugeot Main Dealer as they said they had they would have been told that there is no sensor in the Tyre.
This resulted in a bill for £150 and I had to wait over 10 weeks for Compensation

Fix Auto took my car in only when they had acquired genuine parts to repair it. A little delay caused by staff covid problems .Repair first class as was the service given by the reception staff...

I used this company recently for an insurance repair on my car. The repair was on a wing mirror, door panel and rear bumper and trim.
I can't fault them....the repair itself was top notch, I got regular text messages as to what was happening with my car (ie. parts had arrived, was waiting to be painted etc), and also had a nice new courtesy car while mine was being worked on. Turnaround was fairly quick, given the current 'pingdemic' situation.
Happy customer.

Shocking service and communication. Would definitely not recommend.
