Don’t think twice, they are great!
My car got bumped and scratched down to the lacquer by a 3rd party. My insurance company sought the work of Fix Auto Penzance to repair the damage. Due to the distance from me to them, they picked my car up on a flat bed. The work they did to repair my bumper was amazing and they even touched up my bonnet for me. Unfortunately my hire car from a separate company did not arrive when it should have. When I was informed of my car being ready, they even listened to my ask for it to be dropped off first thing so I bc ours get out and use it rather than get my hire car that same day. I had no excess or fees left to pay as it was a total non-fault claim so all I needed was to sign for the completion when dropped off. The people are very polite and helpful! I would certainly use Fix Auto again. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic work and staff
I had fantastic service from Fix Auto Penzance. Jordan was so helpful and patient as I couldn’t decide on the colour to have my alloys done in. Stuart was also very helpful and helped with the final decision. They were done so perfectly and my car looks so nice. Thank you!

First Class
First Class - Fix Auto Penzance. Friendly, reliable and great value for money. My family used them on two occasions to repair our Ford Ranger which had front end damage and again another repair to the rear tail lift.
They were just great and had the benefit of a courtesy car both visits. If you need bodyshop repair these guys are the ones to use.....You wont be disappointed!

Amazing service and staff
I honestly can't recommend Fix Auto highly enough! What a genuinely lovely team, so kind, professional, and dedicated. Not only did they go above and beyond with the repairs (even fixing an extra issue I hadn’t noticed, completely free of charge!), but they also gave me a lift home when I dropped off my car and offered to pick me back up once she would be ready. Truly amazing service with such a human touch. Thank you so much!!! It is my first car, and I will make sure to come back to you should it have any more issues!

A very positive experience..great communication both over the phone and face to face.
The cosmetic work on the car was completed very quickly to a very high standard.
The car was then cleaned inside and out to an equal level of quality which was not expected but a great bonus to me.
I arranged to have the vehicle picked up and driven back which saved me having a hire car and this process too was impeccable.
I shall definitely be using Fix Auto again as this kind of service is hard to come by in recent times.

A good place to get your car bodywork done
On taking my car in to Fix Auto for bodywork repair, I went to the reception area where I was politely welcomed, told when the work on my car would be completed by and then given the necessary forms to sign for the loan car and to agree to the repair work.
I was given an automatic car to use, as agreed and was quickly on my way.
Three days later I had a call to let me know that the work was completed and my car was ready to collect.
The repair is excellent and the car was valleted throughout.
I would happily recommend Fix Auto to anyone.

I can’t recommend Fix Auto Penzance highly enough! From start to finish, the service was impeccable. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which made everything stress-free and seamless.
The quality of the work was outstanding—my car looks as good as new, and the attention to detail was second to none. They even went the extra mile by cleaning and polishing my car before returning it, which was a lovely touch!
The customer service was top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and went out of their way to ensure I was happy. They handled all the paperwork with my insurer quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of time and hassle.
