A smooth experience
After I contacted my car insurers Fix Auto rang me promptly and collected the car within the hour. Hand over of the car was reassuringly efficient and the staff were very professional.
I was kept updated about progress of the repair and the car was delivered back.
The repair is impressive, and the car was valeted. It looks as good as new.

Exceed service
Fix auto came to the rescue in repairing some body work damage. No fuss, friendly and helpful staff, and high quality workmanship. All done within a limited time frame. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish, I dropped my van off looking like I had done a season of banger racing, it came back like new, communication was excellent, keeping me updated on progress. Would not hesitate in using them again. Thank you.

Had some work on two wheels completed
Had some work on two wheels completed, the guys were great and helpful. Once completed the wheels looked like new again, fantastic job thanks.
Bonus the car had been cleaned inside and out by Jordan which was a lovely touch and done really well.

Amazing
Someone hit my car and they repaired and made look like new. They are so kind and friendly and phoned with updates. They did a great job! And went the extra mile to stay open on a Saturday for me and also a valet. Thank you so much will definitely use again

Repaired my Toyota C-HR
Repaired my Toyota C-HR after someone drove into the back of it. Replaced the rear bumper, frame and repaired the door. From the outside you wouldn't know anything had happened, on the inside there's a couple of new spot welds which match the original Toyota ones.
I love my car and am very happy to have it back looking the way it was.

Excellent Service from start to finish
Excellent Service from start to finish. The guys slotted me in within my tight schedule and the car was returned a day early, loan car was excellent, communication was spot on and the result was phenomenal. My car has had alloys repaired, wing mirrors resprayed and rear bumper resprayed. Odd deep scratches repaired hedge row scratches buffed out. All at a fraction of the cost of other competition in the area.
I don’t normally review services but Fix Auto Penzance have to be shouted about.
Special thanks to Joel who sorted everything and Jordan who is some kind of car paintwork wizard.

Disappointing Customer service.
The service from the guy who picked up and delivered my car back to me was excellent and also one if his colleagues whom I spoke to at the beginning regarding having the car picked up. However unfortunately all other communications were very poor, bad attitudes, offish and definitely felt that they were doing me a favour. The quality of the work seems good but took a little longer than they anticipated due to having a shortage of parts. Not sure if I needed there services in the future I would be interested in using them.
