One very very happy customer here.
A day before Christmas I had an RTA, you can imagine the level of stress, your plans crushed in one second, last thing you want to deal with / worry about before your 7h trip to see the family for Christmas. But it was what it was.
Insurance did the best thing they possibly could do. They've arranged repairs with Dean and his team.
Sarah, an absolute legend, managed to arrange hire vehicle same day just before EOD!
Without exaggeration, from the first phone call, I could feel that they actually care! My mind was in peace.This is the role model of successful business where customers will always come back (including me🙂)
After season holidays insurance company have sent a couple of messages saying that update will be provided shortly but I never received any clear answers/updates.
Being a bit annoyed with insurance I called Dean myself. Boom.Clear and honest answers, timeframes, workload and very warm conversation in general.
Conclusion: Expertise, quality, honesty (which is unfortunately rare these days)
