Excellent communications and handling of repair. From front office staff (Millie and Kia) to the repair consultant Kevin. Repair was handled quickly and to a high level of which the technicians are to be commended. Highly recommend should anybody require this type of work.

Had my Fiesta repaired at Fix Auto Redhill. The office staff especially Kia was very helpful. My car came back cleaned and you wouldn’t have thought my car had been in an accident. Really impressed with the whole of Fix Auto Redhill and would highly recommend

Kevin called me to explain what would be happening with my car and kept me updated. Dee delivered the courtesy car with a smile and Michael picked it up when delivering my car back and they were both absolutely lovely. My car has been repaired to a very high standard. Not only a beautiful repair job for our BMW - but also kept us informed on timings and progress throughout. And pulled out all the stops when returning the car to us, so that we could have it back really early on a Monday morning, for us to use for our driving holiday. Can't speak highly enough of their first-class back-office support, and their close liaison with the friendly and helpful guy who delivered the car back to us.

I visited Fix Auto today and met with Kevin for a quotation to sort some scratches and scuffs caused by another vehicle hitting the bumper. Kevin helped to resolve the scratches for me on the spot. I left a very happy customer! I would highly recommend the service to my friends and family.

Despite experiencing a delay to parts being delivered, the team was great at communicating with me and endeavouring to help get my very damaged car repaired before its MOT expired. I did have to reach out for an update once the car was with them, but other than that I can’t fault the service and my car looks as good as new. I had multiple experiences with Fix Auto Redhill, and all of them were really good. The engineers were very professional, the receptionists were really nice. The whole process was smooth.

First I went to them with my Audi when I accidentally reversed into a gate. They made a very good job and the back of my car looks better than new.

Second time, I had a nasty noise coming from my wife's Fiat 500 engine bay. I took it to 3 services, they couldn't do anything about it. I thought it is an engine problem and nothing to do with the body of the car. But I took a try and asked them. It took 10 mins to find out that the noise is coming out of the mounting of the intercooler. And they also found out that is caused by a previous crash repair done by another service to where our insurance company sent us. So, I was able to make the other service fixing it on guarantee.

The third time was today. I had an issue with the driver's side mirror. When I drove on the motorway the mirror plate was shaking. Shaking that much, it was dangerous to change lanes, because I couldn't see clearly what's behind me and where.

Kevin helped me with that, and solved the issue in 5 minutes. I immediately tested that on M23 and it worked out really well.

Everything about this process was made so easy by the staff at Fix Auto. The reception staff were fantastic, booking my car in and arranging the courtesy vehicle. The manager Andy explained the process of repair, what needed to be done and set time scales which were kept. A fantastic service.

Kia was my first contact, she helped find a repair slot that worked around work and the hire car. Once the car was removed she kept us informed of the progress and confirmed when the car was ready. A stress free process and the car repair was very good.

Very pleased with the repairs to my Ford Focus couldn’t of asked for anymore great job! and having the car valeted was a great touch, very pleasant staff and communication throughout the repairs was really good which helped me sorting out my day to day schedule.
