My insurer directed me to this company, and I'm so pleased it did. I received the highest possible standard of work, and superb customer service - I highly recommend Fix Auto Redhill.

I was made very welcome, the car was checked and a quote and date for repair was given straight away. The work was completed to a high standard. The car was returned clean both inside and out. Excellent and high quality service.

I am very pleased with the repair work carried out by FixAuto(Redhill), the approved garage of my motor insurers and the
very decent courtesy car provided, during the period of repair.
Having suffered a rear-end collision, the repair included replacement of the tailgate and bumper, with ordered-in genuine Honda parts, but the wait was worth it.
I found the staff very polite, professional and dedicated and I have the utmost faith that the repair was carried out to the highest of standards and safety checks.
A special thanks goes out to Andy and Holly, who went above the call of duty to ensure any queries or concerns I had were dealt with, even post repair completion. What made my experience fine was the fact I was put in the picture from day one that due to pressure of workload and the Christmas period it would be a while before car could be dealt with which was no problem as the car was still usable but fix autos Redhill always kept you up to date in a very pleasant way but always efficient,the job they did was first class and only took a week all in all my first experience with the company was a very good one and I would highly recommend them to anyone particular thanks to Holly the receptionist on the front desk who dealt exceptionally well with all matters !

Unfortunately had to make a claim on my insurance and wasn't sure what to expect from Fix Auto but the whole process was so much easier than I expected. Great service friendly staff and from what I can tell a great repair of my car. To make things better my car came back cleaner inside and out!

Having any type of work done to your car is always a worry. Fix Auto Redhill were very friendly, arranged collection and delivery to suit us and the workmanship was excellent.

We were unsure what kind of service we would receive having had to claim via our insurers after an accident. However, Auto Redhill made the whole thing very smooth and we were very impressed with their communication and level of service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
