Very pleased with the quality of the repair
My only concern was it took longer than expected leaving me without a car over the weekend

Repairs are to the highest quality, wonderful service from the staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Polite and caring staff. Staff who reassured me about the car repair. They stuck to the timetable of completion for repairs and offered help and advice . Excellent people skills from all staff I met.

Fix Auto were our nearest repairer after having a no fault accident.
Booking in was not the simplest of jobs, but, despite that, we still gave Fix Auto the repairs on our delivery van.
We were told that the repair would take from Monday to Thursday in the same week but whenever we called (Not one update recieved without chasing) the repair had a 2 day delay on completion, which by the time the vehicle was ready for collection, it had been there 2 weeks.
Poor communication and even worse repair leadtime. I will not be using them in the future.

Autocraft in Shrewsbury did a really good job repairing damage to my car. They were fast, professional, great to deal with and even gave the car a fantastic valet before I collected it. Very impressed !
