Had an accident Christmas Day within 2 weeks I had a courtesy car thru enterprise and these guys repaired my car, Did an outstanding job and the valet was rlly good made the car look brand new

Car Repair after Road Accident
I would just like to express my thanks for the way FX Auto in , Swansea handled the repair to my car after a road accident. The administrator Aiyana was in constant contact with me and also liaised with the hire company to ensure my courtesy car was delivered in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them as a company

Why would they lie to me?
Had my car for 4 and a half weeks. In that time no one called me to update me on the progress. I had multiple 'excuses' why it wasn't ready, but none of them were Fix Autos fault, always someone else's. When it was eventually to be collected, at 9am (so probably ready the day before) no one called me. When I called for an update at 12:30 I was told it was being valeted and would be ready in half an hour. A blatant lie. Just found it difficult to believe anything they said all through a very lengthy process.

Thanks for your review, Stephen. We understand circumstances surrounding the second repair of your vehicle in such a short period of time have caused frustration. We make our best efforts to keep customers informed throughout the process and apologize that this was not the experience you received.
As with your initial repair, and almost all our repairs, we are proud of our ability to receive and return customers cars in ten days or less. Regarding the extended time your vehicle was with us, the delay was due to factors beyond our control. The second repair involved damage that was not related to the initial accident, which required discussions and decisions by external parties to determine coverage under your initial claim.
We apologize if you felt that communication was lacking. Our records show that we attempted to reach you multiple times and left voicemails when calls went unanswered. As for the collection of your car, we informed you that it would take one hour to prepare your vehicle for handover, including a full valet service, which is a standard procedure we are proud of.
Our vehicle handover procedures are designed to ensure our staff can conduct all pre-handover procedures and provide the member of staff tasked with the return of the vehicle ample time to engage with the customer. This allows us to address any questions, concerns, and relay any necessary information to the customer upon receiving their vehicle back.
We take accountability for your experience and will strive to improve our communication efforts going forwards.

Outstanding work , excellent professional staff
Outstanding work , I bought a new Renault Clio alpine and was upset to see to scuffs to back passenger door and just over front wheel arch.
So took it for fix Auto to have a look. Very nice employee called Matthew reassured me and had a look. Within less than 15 minutes the car looks like it’s just come off the forecourt. Amazing work. Thank you so much.

Lovely lady by the name of Aiyana is an asset to your company. She was very efficient, friendly and communicative through out the whole process. When I pick my car up I noticed they vaulted my car as well! 10/10

Brilliant!!!
