From the stat to finish the communication was very good,clear and professional from all the staff,the car/courtesy car was picked and dropped off , there was no unnecessary stress , overall a great experience

Highly recommended

From taking my car to access the damage to the repair was very efficient, the staff were polite and was l told approximately how long the repair would take. Their courtesy car was excellent and similar to my own car an suv automatic. On collection of my car l was well impressed with the repair and it also had a full valet.

Excellent experience with the body shop…

Excellent experience with the body shop in Washington, especially Marc. After a difficult journey elsewhere, he was proactive, honest, and genuinely focused on getting things resolved properly.
The repair quality was excellent, and the additional goodwill work on the door was really appreciated. A refreshing and professional service — highly recommend.

My car was collected, repaired and delivered back to me at the dates and times agreed. The repair was carried out extremely well, excellent job all round.

Helpful people

My problem was to get fixed an issue from another company which they did not do well and would not fix.
This was issue was sorted at Fix Auto and i'm grateful for their advice and workmanship to this end

Terrible communication. Substandard repair

I wasn’t informed what work was being carried out on my vehicle. I emailed and telephoned to ask but I had no reply. The repair is not what I expected and if I was made aware the car would be repaired and not a replacement part I would not have proceeded. Terrible service and even worse communication.
I have the right to decide and approve what happens to my vehicle ahead of any work being carried out. I was not contacted

Hi Sarah , really sorry regarding the communication aspect , 100% we need to be better than that , regarding the repair however it isn't our decision to decide to replace parts if they are repairable its the insurer so even you would have been unable to influence that as repairs to parts are accepted as part of the repair process in every Bodyshop in world if that's the correct method.
We also offer a life time of ownership guarantee on the full repair whether its new parts or repaired parts should any issues arise and related will be sorted no hesitation also backed by a BSI (British Standard Kitemark Accreditation) for added peace of mind

Once again apologies we didn't meet any of your expectations

good job on finished repair work reception and staff i spoke to really helpful and friendly top reviews for that

good job on finished repair work, app to check your vehicle update rubbish so had to keep ringing for update
took nearly 3 weeks to fix a door and front wing joke really when trying to run a buisness would expext 10days max

Had my car repaired and painted by these guys tremendous job not one fault,very quick turn around and Marc who dealt with me was a top guy from day one, communication is key and his communication was outstanding keeping me up to date with everything

Terrible customer service from Mandy

Terrible customer service from Mandy. Never answers her phone, returns calls and took almost a month to even get the car booked in.
I was offered a courtesy car from the garage eventhough I was getting one from Enterprise. I rang twice to confirm this and spoke to someone else as was never able to get in touch with Mandy. I was advised to not call enterprise and just use their car. I rang enterprise to explain am they made a note on my acct.
I collected car from a very abrupt an rushed Mandy and drove off home only to receive a call from enterprise a week later to say they’ve made a huge mistake and gave me their car in error and I had to regret the garages car and meet enterprise and swop that car for one of theirs which I did.
A day later I was called my Mandy to say car was ready, I asked what time I could collect it and was advised she can’t give any time at all and she’ll just drop Car ofd and check the keys through my letterbox. She then asked me why I’d taken their courtesy car ? Which she’d given n me the week prior.. then went onto say enterprise had rejected giving me a car from them so she allowed me to have their car… completely contradicting herself. She clearly has no idea what she’s talking about. She then went onto demanding a payment card for the excess of £250 !! Which I declined as I wasn’t the ‘at fault’ driver, I had correspondence saying the guy who’s rand into me was 100% to blame and taking their full responsibility of the crash. I rand my insurance a they told me that the excess for this claim is set at £0.00. So why was this woman asking for £250 without checking first. Also if anything was to be paid surely it would be direct to the insurance company.
All other members of staff at this establishment was fine apart from her. She was absolutely disgraceful in her manner. She basically called me a liar, was extremely rude, condescending and I will never deal with this company again due to this particular member of staff who is not rate 1/100 for customer service. I’ve been shocked and truly upset with the manner she spoke to me on the 3/12/25 and I will be taking this further. I now have my car back exactly 1 month later and this has been an awful experience and I put this down to that member of staff which I think the management need to be made aware of and I hope the call she made has been recorded.

Excelant service staff amazingng

Someone had smashed my wing mirror. Took it to washington, every one was very freindly and helpfull. They orderd the parts, a couole of days later they came and picked my car up, took it back to Washington carried out the repair and returned my car back to me. Great job done . Cant thank them enough, fantastic work. Lovely people.

Poor communication throughout my repair…

Poor communication throughout my repair following a long wait to have the work commenced. On return of my vehicle this was delayed by one day due to waiting for the car to be be valeted however on return clearly my car had not been valeted.
