Was devastated when i reversed my car into a lamppost, causing damage to a brand new car i’d just picked up, shattered rear light and bumper hugely dented and cracked, within 3 days the car was like it was when it was in the Audi showroom, couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Fizz and Debbie enough, amazing work and even better people.. would recommend to anyone. I must praise the all round excellent service I received recently when I had to have my car repaired. Everything was made easy, from being punctual with pickup and return of the car. The repair was excellent and the car was fully valeted on return. I must mention the lady, to whom I spoke to several times over the telephone. She could not have been helpful, accommodating and polite.
So a very satisfied customer here and I would not hesitate to recommend the company

Excellent customer service from the lady on the phone to the chap who collected the car and returned it. When the car was returned with new door panels it looked as good as new.
Unfortunately we had all missed that the drivers side front tyre had a small bulge in it.
I only noticed 2 days later but a quick phone call to them resulted in an apology and the car was picked up tyre changed and brought back the next day. Overall excellent service.

Great service from start to finish. Brilliant repair on the car and the staff, especially Debbie, who seems to incapable of getting annoyed, we're all really professional and kept me in the loop. This garage were nominated to carry out the repair by Aviva, and I can only give them the highest praise for the service. They made me feel special, which is is very rare nowadays

I will not use this garage if it is free no professionalism no communication three weeks waiting for my car to be fixed no update I called them 3 times the answer was waiting the part to come from Germany or India they think customer are stupid
It’s very stressful experience that I need to complain to my insurance to get my car back and guess what one day latter and the call me to tell me your car is ready
Avoid this garage if you want stress free

Still waiting for invoice detailing work done.. Received car and receipt for payment.. Fortnight later and still no invoice!!! Will be making official complaint to my insurers... 😠
