Very professional service, very satisfied with the bodywork job. My insurance also included a courtesy car which I picked up and returned hassle free from Fix Auto.

Overall, the work was done to a good standard and I’m pleased with the result. My only concern is that the time taken was quite long. I understand there may have been a delay due to a shortage of parts from the manufacturer, but it wasn’t clear whether the delay was caused by the manufacturer supplying the materials or by Fix Auto.

The whole experience of having my car repaired by Fix it Auto Portsmouth was exceptional, within three hours my car was collected and at the workshop . I was kept informed about all the work undertaken, the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend Fix It Auto for any of your vehicle body repair .

Despite Suberu taking an eternity to provide spares the company kept me informed of every delay.

Following what was a traumatic experience with my new car, which was hit by another just days after delivery, repair was arranged by my insurance company with Fix Auto. Throughout the whole process I was kept fully informed of progress by a member of staff, Kerri, even when there was a delay with parts delivery because of the bank holiday. This kind of customer service is sadly lacking these days but Fix Auto treat the customer as a priority. Well done!

Vehicle pick up and delivery, and I was kept updated of progress. The vehicle was washed and hovered before delivery. Cant fault the service I received.

Excellent and swift service. Car was quickly assessed for damage on the spot and booked in for the work soon after. On the day the courtesy car was ready and waiting. Work done to a high standard and car valeted. Most of all, a friendly and helpful service with someone available on the office number for updates when needed. Lauren at Fix Auto was really polite and courteous at all times, she constantly kept me up to date on what was happening from the minute they was chosen as the repairer even organising my car to be collected even though it was still drivable, as a precautionary she offers they pick it up on a low loader. The repairs are excellent not knowing anything had happened to my car, the whole experience with Fix Auto Buckingham was excellent
