Excellent service from Fix Auto
Excellent service from Fix Auto. Their online platform for adding photos of damage was quick and easy to use. Communication was clear and frequent throughout the whole process. The work was completed quickly and to of an excellent standard. The gentleman who dropped my car back off was lovely and a good laugh! Thank you.

Fantastic job, I dropped my car off and picked up my courtesy car.They text me on where the car was on its repair journey and when it was ready to pick up. The repair was brilliant and it was washed and polished and cleaned inside too. Thank you for a great service

The service and Repair was good. My one negative would be the courtesy car was a fiat 500 very small. Other than that very good.

Top Work But Communication Needs to Improve
The work carried out was top notch. Collection was when booked, the collection team were polite & knowledgeable, I was informed that I would be contacted after 10 working days. I had to chase to get information, I was promised a call back which never happened. Apart from the need to improve their communications I was very happy with the repairs to my car
