It took long time to repair the car…
It took long time to repair the car (2months).
When I got the car back and start driving I was getting sign of parking alert and when I check I found out one of the parking sensor was broken. I put it back by myself. Also I found out some spot on my tyre which wasn’t there when I send the car for repair.

Excellent experience with the body shop in Washington, especially Marc. After a difficult journey elsewhere, he was proactive, honest, and genuinely focused on getting things resolved properly.
The repair quality was excellent, and the additional goodwill work on the door was really appreciated. A refreshing and professional service — highly recommend.

Brilliant MX5 repair…
Used fix auto UK to repair my Mazda MX5 was damaged all down one side .It was repaired through my insurance all so I wanted some extra work done which they done at the same time they did a amazing job and totally cleaned my car . They kept me informed about the progress on the work gave me a brand new courtesy car . Highly recommend

This place is not good. Too much stock and a big backlog of cars. Courtesy car provided was dented and too small for our needs.
Customer service was ok, but employees stressed out. Repair was fine.
