The products are really good. Would be nice to offer finished/prefinished options. Sales support is good but inconsistent - depends who handles the request from sales. One lady that was above and beyond what I would expect, created an order on the phone and sent payment details and a younger miss that would not take an order over the phone and had to put separate orders online rather than fix it then and there, patronising, missed passing on information re. delivery costs that concluded with a delayed order and extra delivery costs; however, delivered next day when this was addressed.
Overall I will use them again. Regardless of that incident, they are reliable and have really good products.

Oak newel post cladding, for 70x70,
the cladding was received quickly, well wrapped, the cladding itself looks very nice and covered the newel post without problem. Only points to highlight it that the outside dimensions were around 72x72, if your adding a cap, it can be one that sits over with a recess if 70x70. Also suggest using a 4 point band clamp as this made the job way easier than had I only used g-clamps.

Easy to navigate website, very good quality material, as described/specified, fast delivery done with care; could not ask for more, great value for money, would recommend to family and friends; a very happy customer.

Not great 🙈 you get what you pay for I suppose, about half the items came marked or damaged but as we didn’t check within the timeframe of 48 hours we left it too late (our own fault) but we didn’t expect things to come so badly 🥲🥲we have used it items and the overall quality is nice it’s just a shame so many things are marked and damaged 🫠🫠

I had an issue with two things. One of the 5 newel post caping was very rough saw vs the other that were perfect. Refuse to replace it. I had to use it took a lot of work and filler. I ordered a filler stick could not find it . They refused to replace it as the video recording showed it was packed . Check 3 time was not in packaging . Felt like a customer is always wrong. I would not use them again

The quality of the product was very good and looks great.

We received our order on time and the items were very well packed with rigid cardboard , double wrapped.

I would definitely be using Fiximer again and would not hesitate to recommend them

From the beginning Fiximer were really helpful when I called. Products were of great quality and the videos help with installation.

Great products and service, easy ordering on line but your delivery company lets you down. No contact prior to delivery so if nobody at home or job site 1 of my deliveries was left outside in the rain and the other delivery left a calling card at the premises to say no answer even when I was there, very disappointing and cost me 2 days in labour costs

Speedy delivery hand and base rail , had good Finnish to then , not one bit of damage hand rail was very straight , ie no warping considering 4.2 length both fitted and painted lovely Finnish with them already being primed

They are more than helpful. Very knowledgeable. The only thing they need to sort out is the delivery cost. Not consistent and expensive

Products are very good quality but the jig is very low quality and really expensive for what you get

Excellent range of oak components for sDIY stair upgrade all at a very competitive price with delivery in time within time ‘quoted’.
Brilliant customer services too which was the icing on the cake.

Ordered handrail/baserail and metal panels for a landing makeover on a Sat. Rang Mon to add Newel Caps that I had missed off order. Very helpful, and the whole order arrived Tues. Easy to fit, looks awesome, so pleased with it, and sent pics to my friends who were amazed at the transformation.

Fantastic product, pretty easy website to use, although a bundle option suggesting items you might need would be helpful (as we’d missed a few things which held up our installation). However, the products themselves are great quality. Also, when I did call customer services, and mentioned that we needed a few extra pieces (through my miscalculation), they were fantastic, and went above and beyond to help get the item shipped asap. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you ☺️

Great service and great products particularly the post cladding with corner trim as mine were very old the were a little larger than the standard 90 so the corner trim allows a little extra play you definitely need to by the newl caps as well as a standard one is too small
