Good customer service
A hiccup with the payment process meant I ordered the same product twice. Fiximer sent me a return label for one of the items and refunded me. Happy to recommend.

Staircase and thread
I have ordered staircase threads and raisers, overall good quality product. One of the threads had lots of small holes in it (seems like it was damaged by the woodworm) , noticed this one after the installation.
The end result is great, if I could upload an image I would do.
I had an issue on delivery where a few items were missing... I could reach an agreement with the company to resolve it (check your delivery within 24hrs and raise any concerns!!! learned the hard way)
Recommend the company, great product and fantastic result!

The newel post cladding had damaged…
The newel post cladding had damaged edges. Had to fill and therefore had to paint. Quality needs to be better for the price. Newel caps where fine.

Ordering materials and local suppliers…
Ordering materials and local suppliers were saying 5 to 7 working days and I needed in 5. I'd used Fiximer once before and tried again. Easy to use website, good price, quality of materials were good last time. I called and spoke to Corinne who was very friendly and helpful, she despatched today for a FedEx tomorrow delivery. Brilliant.
