I would recommend Flair training 100 percent. Since I first spoke to John, I completely trusted Flair. He explained everything to me thoroughly and didn’t leave anything misunderstood. All the materials were provided for me to gain and understand the required knowledge needed to not only pass the tests but also to give a clearer insight on what driving LGV means. Andy’s teaching approach works perfectly for me. He alerts you of any mistakes made and guides you how to correct them, then he have you do it again to confirm you understand. Money well spent with Flair, I’m happy I chose them.

Very good experience from start to finish, Praeme and Rick are very good trainers, very knowledgeable and patient with you , I have passed all my tests the 1st time. I highly recommend Flair training.

Great company that makes a difficult challenge easy. Passed my class 1 without ever driving a lorry before. The training team are highly experienced, and know how to train you to the highest standard.

I had such a great experience and can't recommend flair training enough, I completed my C+E licence and passed first time with no minors. Jacki and John were great with booking everything in and dates etc working around my current work, really easy to keep track of my courses and payment with the online portal too.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the instructors too John for the reversing and Preme for the driving training were great, put me at ease and gave me the confidence for the test which I passed first time with no minors.

Not only were they well priced compared to others. The service i received from Flair was really good. I am quite organised but for those who are less so they sent notifications and reminders at several stages. They co-ordinated every step of the way right from mapping out the timeline of events/key dates at the beginning to reminder emails. They have a portal you log in to and can access the dates/times/addresses of training, tests, etc. The theory test resources are good to help prepare for the real thing. They are an online suite of resources with interactive tuition, diagnostic practice tests that act as a checkpoint after each unit. They also have mock tests. The system is very intuitive.I currently work as teacher and can recommend their teaching methods.
Andy the instructor i had on the driving instructions used effective methods to assist with reversing tests, the part i was dreading the most. I am now a confident reverser thank you to him.
Andy used a good balance of praise, motivation and constructive feedback. Thank you Flair Training I really enjoyed my experience completing my Car to C+E HGV.

I went from Cat B to C+E, passed first time and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Thank you to Jacki and John in the office who schedule the medical, theories and practical test. Everything is very well organised which made the whole process stress- free.

A big thank you to Andy, who helped me to pass my reversing first time. Also Preme, my trainer for the first day on the roads. They are both very knowledgeable and supportive instructors.

Finally, a massive thanks to John, who I had on my test day. He was funny, full of stories, and had good banter, which really helped keep me relaxed. Even when I made mistakes during training, he never lost confidence in me. To top it all off, he somehow managed to find my driving licence that had fallen down the side of the seat on my first day weeks earlier... an absolute miracle! 😂

Just over a month later and tomorrow i’m starting work as a Class 1 driver. 10/10 would recommend Flair Training to anyone looking to get into the industry.

Using Flair to gain my C+E was a very good choice . Before I did about 6 hours driving time ( C + E ) with road train , horrid training company . Flair are totally different, Jaki and John very very helpful and good people and they will guide you totally 100%. Instructors Andy and Preme are very top instructors. If you want to gain ur C + E use flair , don’t go no where near Roadtrain

Absolutely TOP CLASS company.

The software they use to help you practice your theory is really good. The visual helps you understand what your learning and this made it easy for me when it came to learning and passing my theory. Andy who I done the driving with is true gent and really knows he’s stuff he’s an absolute credit to the company. I passed my theory the end of May and passed my test today. I’m absolutely buzzing I’d recommend this company to anyone. Don’t think about it BOOK WITH THEM

I had an excellent experience with Flair HGV training company from start to finish. The whole team was professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. My instructors Andy and Preme were amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which gave me the confidence to pass my test.

The training was well organised, and communication was excellent from booking through to test day. I always felt encouraged and supported, and the staff were happy to answer any questions I had.

Excellent training. Passed my C+E first time thanks to Andy. Learnt so much over the week by time my test come around it was a breeze. John and jaki made the whole process exceptionally easy from the get go too. No pushy sales either which is another big plus. Excellent price, the best price I found anywhere with top quality training to go with it. They want you to pass.
