I was apprehensive to hand over such a large amount of money in the hope that the company was legitimate and the rings would be an accurate model from the picture, however the rings I purchased exceeded my expectations and more. From the beautiful box that lights up when you open it, to the most magical bridal set. You are not going to find a better ring in your ordinary jewellers down town. The fact you can 'build your perfect engagement ring step by step' and it only took 2 weeks to be made and arrive express delivery. Please don't hesitate or steer away from this company through doubt as you will regret it. My rings were received in a timely manner and are absolutely beautiful! The whole process of buying the ring and customizing it how I want was very easy. The delivery was right on time my now fiancé lovesssss the ring she will not stop staring at it. I would highly recommend using flawless moissanite, I was sceptical at first as to how good the ring would actually look but it is amazing and my partner is in love with it! I have compared it physically to both a lab diamond (what I was initially going to buy) and a natural diamond ring and 99/100 people would not be able to tell the difference whatsoever. The ring is finished to a high quality and the packaging was brilliant too, the ring holder came with a spotlight within it which was a nice touch too. You receive your warranty card and a guarantee that it is a GRA certified stone.
I did have to reach out to get an update with my order but thankfully I received a response from Harriet who told me what stage my ring was at and when I could be expecting it.
I will definitely be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing company and made my wife extremely happy!. I found Flawless Moissanite online and noticed that they had a UK branch. I happened to stumble across the US branch's reddit feed run by the awesome Sherrie. I was a bit skeptical about what size to order so decided to WhatsApp Sherrie who is an absolute asset to Flawless. She showed me the same size ring and further solidified the choice that I had made for the type of ring to purchase. The ring comes in a luxurious box with an led lamp which blowed my wife away upon receiving her new ring. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for a moisanite ring as their service is second to none. The delivery time was around 19 days from ordering and the ring arrived next day by Royal Mail special delivery.

From Day 1, the customer service was incredible, particularly Harriet. I requested to have a gemstone set in one of their stunning settings, which although was not listed on the website, was immediately replied back to which Harriet and the team were more than happy to do.

I received constant updates and it was so relieving with the reassurance in every email knowing it was going well.

After only a short period of time, it was ready and was sent. It arrived in a stunning, luxury box. Upon opening, I was stunned at how perfect it was. My partner absolutely adores it.

I couldn’t be happier with the support and the final product!
Customer service was always fast to respond and answer all questions and the ring is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!
It even got delivered a full week early.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for the perfect ring and someone to help with the whole process along the way

The process with creating the ring was already very helpful. A lot of sites are really hard to navigate when trying to design a ring. I was very appreciative to be able to see what and how I was building something. The pricing was very fair, also a plus. My now fiancée loves Moissanite, so I wanted to make sure that it was reputable company, and from what I found, I was able to sign on and continue. I ordered the engagement ring and the wedding band together (I like getting things done in one swoop), but you have the option to do it separately or pair which is also helpful.

The ring took about 3 weeks (ordered Feb 28 received March 19) to get to me, which was cool because I didn’t need it quickly. About a week and half in, I checked in to make sure that my order was received (first time getting engaged jitters) and Sherrie was amazing at checking for me and reassuring me. That definitely made it helpful.

I proposed last night, and let’s say that my fiancée loved the ring. And, I received a lot of compliments from her friends and family. Thank you guys for what you helped me do.

Fantastic! We ordered our ring just under 3 weeks ago and it was delivered this morning. I was in contact with Sherrie throughout the process as we did not receive email updates about the delivery etc. With that being said, we were given the number of the UK jeweller who arranged the delivery and they were very informative and pleasant on the phone too. I would really recommend this small business but I would also suggest you ask questions yourself in order to receive updates.

I am normally such a skeptical person with online purchases.I research everything before I make a large purchase and when I was looking on engagement rings to match my heirloom band I found flawless moissanite. I made my purchase and got my confirmation email immediately.
However to be totally transparent the communication during the process was not the best.I eventually found Sherries whatsapp number and started to communicate with her and she was lovely.
I then thankfully found their UK office number.The UK office was brilliant especially Ross and he ensured I had the ring literally just in time for my wedding.
The ring is so gorgeous.
It is a small business but I think if they ensure that the client is updated re production process and delivery date they will have more happy customers.
I would advise others to be prepared for a longer wait and to ensure to be in contact with their UK or US office throughout.
I would definitely purchase again!

Wonderful, prompt, professional,personable,involved and just all around fantastic.

I've seen some reviews that were on the negative side, do yourself a favor and don't listen to them.You are about to work with a small business that actually cares and that is so hard to find now aways. Sherrie was absolutely wonderful to work with, I had some complications on my end and Sherrie resolved them so quick my head spun. I appreciate the whole experience and will forever recommend flawlessmoissanite to anyone looking for jewelry or products in the realm of what flawless has to offer.
