Engagement ring bought mid-end of December & it arrived in 2 weeks which I was pleasantly surprised at, as I had expected a bit of a wait thinking it would be a busy time of year!
Sherrie was really easy to contact over WhatsApp & was able to answer and help with any queries within a day or 2.
The ring is absolutely stunning & my now fiancé is extremely pleased! Thank you so much!!

I ordered a ring to propose to my girlfriend from this company, and let me tell you it exceeded my expectations and she absolutely loves the ring. She shows it off to anyone and everyone. And recently I came back to ask if they could help me make another piece to complement the ring I had already purchased. And they were so happy to help. We messaged back and forth and the owner was very engaging making sure I received exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for an outstanding, professional and knowledgeable company to make their exquisite beautiful jewelry without having to break the bank on overhyped diamond rings. (But if you’re into diamonds they can also custom your ring for that too). ;)

We bought a bridal set from here and it was so easy to choose the different options and order plus the pricing is really reasonable. Had to get them resized which was trouble free. Unfortunately I managed to chip/scratch the large stone within 6 months (I’m very clumsy and manage to break rings and necklaces all the time) and contacted the company on WhatsApp. I spoke to Sherrie and she got me sorted straight away and I got my ring back in 3-4 weeks.

A great experience all the way around! The Customer service was amazing and the ring itself is breathtaking! If you’re looking for the best ring at the best price then look no further!

They were very flexible! I had originally ordered a ring with a 7.5 size for my girlfriend, but later she told me she actually sized her finger wrong. So I contacted Flawless and they were able to change the ring size before they shipped it out. Great customer service!

Had to order a second ring to make sure the stone was the right size i.e. I wasn't sure if the 1st one was too small. Anyway, I've returned the second ring within the appropriate window. The ring was sent back to Flawless 1.5 weeks ago. It arrived and was signed for last week. I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my email or text messages regarding the return and when I will receive my refund. At this point I'm frustrated because it seems like they don't value my business or me as a customer.

Update: Sherri from Flawless reached out to me immediately and resolved the issue. I was not expecting this to get done so quickly but my refund was credited to my account this morning. I'm very happy with this process. Sherri mentioned that there had been some issues with the returns that were going to NY and she handles this whole issue efficiently and professionally. I will definitely order from Flawless again.

I’m back again as Flawless definitely flawed. Per my review above, I believed everything was resolved. When Flawless was not responding to my messages regarding my refund, Sherri made sure my refund happened quickly. At that time she said they were going to send me a pair of stud earrings for my trouble. That never happened. Several weeks later, I reached out to Sherri. She told me that they were on their way but didn’t give me a tracking number. Later on, after not receiving anything, I reached out again. Sherri assured me that they were on their way and then threw in a necklace for my additional trouble. She might as well have promised me a Ferrari because nothing ever came. It’s been 4 months since the original promise. It’s very disappointing to spend the amount of money that I did and be lied to as a customer. I don’t trust this company. They don’t deliver on their promises.

Per Sherrie’s response, Flawless resolved the issue beyond my expectations. Sorry this took me so long to update. Sherrie and Flawless got it right. It took awhile because I don’t use WhatsApp often and therefore don’t check often. At this point I recommend Flawless to all my friends. I have no complaints as they followed through and provided great customer service once the communication chain became clear.

The team at Flawless Moissanite are fantastic, Sherrie in particular. I bought an engagement ring last August, and opted to purchase a wedding band last month. Sherrie was very helpful in making sure the new wedding band matched the previously purchased engagement ring. She was responsive to my questions and left me feeling confident that I'd be satisfied with my purchase. And when it arrived last week, I most certainly was. Both pieces are beautiful, and I'm looking forward to seeing them together on my future wife's hand. I'd definitely buy from this company again.

Could not have asked for a better company to work with in getting the perfect engagement ring. Before the holidays, they helped me get the ring in time for my big plans, going above and beyond what I've ever experienced in customer service. Then afterwards, tweeking the design and size to make it exactly right. My fiancé could not be happier with how it turned out. The purchase process was seamless from start to finish. As soon as I finalized my purchase, I was put in contact with the sales team who kept me updated on when the ring would arrive and what to expect. Once the ring arrived, I received texts from Sherrie, who had been so great at answering any and all questions that I have about the ring. I have been very pleased with my experience with Flawless Moissanite and would highly recommend. I emailed FM with a few queries and these were answered quickly and effectively. Harriet was brilliant at keeping me up to date on the progress of the order and even went the extra mile to ensure I received my order by a certain date, which I was really impressed by. The order was sent with Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery as advertised and I was able to track my order using the tracking number provided. The packaging for the jewellery is very sleek and professional. The ring itself is beautifully crafted and my partner absolutely loves it, it has certainly exceeded expectations. The ring feels solid, it is hallmarked and the moissanite itself is sparkly and clear. First off let me say that Sherrie was Amazing! I was sent the wrong ring and size but the exchange for the correct one was seamless. We were in contact throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions about the purchase and delivery. Once she received the initial ring I received the new ring the very next day and I was still able to keep my proposal date as is. My fiancé is in love with the ring and I'm anticipating my next purchase with Flawless Moissanite. Thank you for being a key part in creating this new lifetime memory.

Wow what a ring . Ordered a 1.5 ct pear cut ring it came within the time stated. I was worried after about 10 days so I emailed to ask about its progress and I got a reply from Harriet who put my mind ay ease and it arrived when she said it would. Ring looks amazing and the light in the box makes it look that bit extra special. Just hoping it fits now when I finally give it to my girlfriend . Will be doing business again with this company

I ordered a ring in November to propose to my girlfriend around Christmas and got it promptly two weeks later. I spoke with Sherrie (thank you again, Sherrie!) and not only did she show me other options that could get to me faster if I needed it, but she also reassured me it would get there on time and checked in with me to make sure my order was received.
