I was a bit hesitant about purchasing an engagement ring from here as I hadn't heard of Flawless Moissanite but the whole experience has been 11/10.

Finding the ring I wanted then customising it couldn't have been easier, fast delivery and elegant packaging. There's a light in the box that makes the rock dazzle - completely unnecessary but a lovely touch!
I was doubtful of Moissanite looking as good as diamond but it holds up. The rock catches the light really well and I couldn't be happier. It looked just like the pictures, no surprises.

Customer service has been great - rapid responses even over the Christmas break, and very generous. I had ordered a ring too big to be resized on the high street so Flawless Moissanite offered to resize it free of charge.

Amazing! She loves it. I love it! Sparkles all the time :)

My finance loved the ring! The quality is evident as soon as you open the package and it got to me quite fast! Customer service is always attentive on WhatsApp and my overall experience was great! 1000% recommend

Excellent experience, even better product! Communication was excellent. Ring arrived earlier than expected. Ring was slightly too big (my fault, measured wrong!) and the team resized and redelivered super quickly - really helpful and could only recommend them to anyone!

Product and presentation box absolutely brilliant.
Took longer to arrive than agreed. After a bit of chasing, the UK distributor in Cheshire sorted out expedited delivery and received just in time for Christmas.

Did not honor the 2-3 week delivery time as stated on website. Asked for a refund, and now they have not answered my calls or emails. Has been 3 days now with no response. Purchase with caution! They were very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns promptly....until I wanted my money back! I have got nothing and they have my money. Called my card company to deal with it for me. Was to be a Christmas gift, very disappointing!
Update.... They made it right and got my ring to me before Christmas. I'm leaving the other part of my review as they still did not deliver on time. My honest opinion...product is good and so was the price, just might need to order far in advance.

Ordered an engagement ring for my fiancée from Flawless Moissanite and the ring is amazing and she loves it! It arrived quickly and after we realised the sizing was not quite right, we were able to send it back for free resizing and now it fits perfectly too. And I would want to thank Sherrie for the great customer service and always keeping me updated and answering any queries that I had.
From ordering to finally having the resized ring, we did have a few issues which I just wanted to note here if helpful for anyone (and explains why not quite 5 stars):
- if you have any queries, best to message Sherrie on WhatsApp rather than using the official email, which I discovered via their Instagram page. I had initially sent an email to them asking about ring sizing but didn't get reply until I sent the questions via WhatsApp. Via whatsapp, she will respond very quickly.
- the first time we sent the ring for resizing (via Royal Mail special delivery to their UK workshop), it came back around a week later not in the requested size and so we had to send it back again to be resized a second time. Note that the UK workshop will only be able resize based on the UK ring sizes (A B C etc rather than ring diameters in mm). The second time they did send us a ring sizing tool for the UK sizes to ensure it was the perfect fit and it was in the end!
- before the last resizing, we noticed that the ring stone was slightly loose on the crown and requested this to be addressed while doing the reresizing, but it was still loose when we got it back so we had to send it back a third time after it had been correctly resized. It was fixed in the end. they thankfully compensated us for the extra postage of sending the ring back several times to the workshop so that was appreciated.
I would recommend Flawless to anyone wanting a brilliant ring from a small supplier who really try to look after their customers. Although it took a bit of time to get our ring sorted, it is now perfect and we couldn't be happier!

I’ve been asking for the status of my order & I got a text asking “How can I help you” after getting an e-mail asking if all my information was correct. I’ve asked for a full refund after several texts & e-mails, we’ll see how it goes. I’m getting married in 3 weeks.

From start to finish, my experience with this company has been outstanding. I whatsapped Sherrie with some queries and to say she went above and beyond for me would be an understatement. She gave me advice, sent recommendations, and even responded to my messages while at a doctors appointment.
The custom made ring arrived in a very timely fashion and looks absolutely stunning. I was able to amend an existing ring spec to suit personal taste which was fantastic and unexpected.

Can't wait to present it to my partner.

I ordered one ring and one band from Flawless at the end of May this year and received them both only 3 weeks later. V impressed with the timeline. V impressed with the products and services that I paid for. Extremely affordable and quick.

I recently proposed to my fiancée in November of this year, just to find out that the ring size she told me didn’t quite fit right on her finger. We found and contacted Sherrie with Flawless via Facebook and WhatsApp to see about getting both ring and band resized from a 7.5 to a 8.75 .

Sherrie was v quick to respond and inform us of any/all instructions to get them resized and back here in TX in a timely manner. Took less than 4 weeks to ship and have it returned to me. Sherrie was a great blessing and a great representative of the Flawless Moisonite brand; Professional, receptive, knowledgeable, excellent communication, and just all around amazing service.

Great quality jewelry. There was a blip in my order and they corrected it, immediately! I ordered diamond jewelry instead of moissanite and it is stunning! Sherrie and her team are awesome!

The rings are absolutely beautiful. The packaging is very pretty. We got exactly what we ordered. We were abit worried about the delivery timing but the rings were delivered in perfect time. Sherrie was a very big help through the whole process. I would highly recommend.

I really wanted to get my soon-to-be fiancé exactly what she wanted, and this company helped me do it! The ring just arrived and it is absolutely beautiful.
I can understand some people get very stressed and anxious about this process, but to ease your mind please read below.
1. Flawless Moissanite is a family owned business, and therefore you get to have quality service from somebody who I believe truly cares about the result. When I asked about making the ring a certain way, Sherrie went further than I expected to determine the design I wanted, which I greatly appreciated. Because of this, you might not get an immediate response, but it's clear she puts in the work behind the scenes. If you want immediate service, go to Zales and spend more money.
2. The price is legit. No joke, and no hidden fees. I actually spend some time thinking about how they profit, and have come to the conclusion that other companies are just selling you overpriced items. This company is giving an honest price. For that, I am thankful.
3. When your ring is finished, you will be asked to pay with a link. After paying, you will eventually get a tracking code in your email. It seems other people and myself have experienced the issue that the payment that is processing suddenly doesn't show in your account. It will show, you just have to wait a couple of days. I'm telling all you anxious ones... it will be alright haha.
4. I honestly had no reference on the speed of shipping, and was worried it would show up late. It actually showed up early. I can't promise you would get the same timeline as me but here was mine:
17th: paid
21st: prepared for shipping
30th: arrived

I want to thank the Flawless Moissanite team for helping me receive the ring on time. At first, I was worried I wasn’t going to get the ring on time, and they were not answering emails. However, it wasn’t until I noticed that they are a small business and they are trying their best to get all orders done. The business is legit, and the ring looks incredible. The staff are amazing, kind, and caring people. Please be patient with them; they are trying their best to answer everyone. Thank you!

i ordered a ring on the 8th and it just came in. before i was worried it was a scam after the reviews but these people are legit gotta give a shout out to sherrie for the communication and reassurance she really is a help! told sherrie i would delete my other review and leave a good one!

Really lovely earrings I ordered a custom made product which takes a bit of time to pull together. Suggested timing when I purchased them was 2-3 weeks. I've been in touch with the firm and am looking forward to receiving my order this week. I'm now looking to buy further earrings, they are really beautiful, I'd just state that this isn't like ordering from ready made places, so be mindful of the timing on orders. It states the estimated time when you are on the product page, mine was maybe an extra week.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order a week and an half ago and the credit card remained as pending for over 1 week then dropped off. I contacted them to see if my order was still in the system. No one responds with email regarding my issue. I just get automated canned responses and still no answer if my order is still valid. I get periodic responses via text but none of them even answer my question. I have contacted them to notify them that I will purchase elsewhere as no one is responding about the actual status of my order and why they didn’t process the credit card payment. The only response I get is that they are too understaffed to answer questions. You cant really do business with a company that doesn’t have time to respond to questions regarding your order status. If my card wasn’t charged and it’s not pending then I consider my order cancelled. I need to purchase elsewhere.we have communicated via phone number ending in 8063.

Update: everything is worked out. The company came through and the issue has been resolved. They have been very accommodating in expediting the order and arranging shipping.
