Do not order from this Company, it is a scam! There is no store in Bath shown on their web site, I ordered something for my wife and received several emails, saying order on the way, order shipped, order getting ready, shipping status updated! Three weeks later no order, so I am doing a chargeback from my bank to try to get my money back. There is no phone number for the company, so there is no way to contact the company.

I ordered a Clarissa V neck and the two shoulders were 2cm different in length. I made it clear I didn't want a replacement but my money back. I have asked three times and heard nothing. Be very careful of this company.

Very Very poor quality , not what was shown on the website. No contact telephone ,impossible to get full refund as have to send goods back to China at a cost of £30 and if they get lost in transit you do not get a refund .Badley made ,poor cut and poor quality. No shop in Bath , bogus shop front . When I asked to be able to send jumpers back to the supposed shop they said no and offered 15% refund and keep the clothes or 50% off my next purchase with them !!! Have reported them to Report Fraud and \Trading Standards

Purchased 2 items, they arrived and did not fit. The website says returns are effortless, despite 10emails the company have not provided me with return details and are ignoring my emails

Do not order from this company there clothes are very cheep looking not at all like the website pictures. I wanted to return as the garment was too big and looked cheep not worth the £40, asked for a refund and I would return but they offered 15%off which would have been £6. if sent back it would cost me £30and could get lost in transit. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

this company is a scam. They show a shop on their website and say they are open at certain times. There is no phone number, no shop and only email address to which they do not respond. I ordered come clothes. they arrived after a long time, the package was tied together with sticky tape, the clothes looked like they had been made by children, the material bad quality. No way of getting money back. Trading standards and police need to be informed in all countries they operate.

D0 NOT BUY from this company.

A 15% refund to your original payment method, allowing you to keep the item, or
A 50% store credit towards a future purchase.”

I am still waiting for the 15% discount after 2 weeks even though they told me it would be with me within 5 days.

Absolute scam, slick online website promises 7 day a week customer service, free 30 day returns and a UK company. In reality clothes comefrom China, there is no customer service and you have to go through Whop even when the dress arrives a different colour from what you've ordered and they ignore you

Please avoid this company. The clothing item I purchased bore no resemblance to the item ordered and was of extremely poor quality. I returned the item (at my own expense) the day it arrived. The company has failed to acknowledge 2 emails from me, receipt of the returned item and has also failed to reimburse me. I have been scammed and reading the reviews, it is apparent that so many others have had identical experiences.

AVOID. Order took a very long time to arrive and obviously came from abroad. No contact number available and emails were not not responded to for several days. When the shoes (2 pairs) finally arrived they were too small and narrow. After several attempts to obtain returns information, we were informed that returns would be difficult: their email - "We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your order.
We understand your preference for a return.

My order took 9 days to arrive which was a bit concerning. I ordered shoes and a jumper. The shoes were reasonable for the price I paid but certainly not the RRP. How long they will last is another question.
The jumper looks nothing like the one on the website. It looks tacky and cheap and not worth what I paid for it. It is too large for a medium and the sleeves are totally out of proportion to the rest of it.
BEWARE when ordering as the customer is liable for any return costs and the items are shipped from Asia!!
Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this company again. Lesson learnt!!

TOTAL SCAM!
Ordered a dress which was nothing like the pictures and I asked to return for a refund. They told me it would cost me £30 to return it to ‘their overseas warehouse’! They advised against this and offered me a 15% refund and I keep the dress! Rubbish scam company.

Ordered a lovely pair of leather cowboy boots (pictured and advertised as leather with stitching and beautifully finished.
1 month later after chasing they arrived, Totally different boots, cheap imitations, rough edges, no stitching , different heel and doubt if any leather in them. Am now fighting for full refund, they offer 50% of my next purchase " I dont think so !!"
