Kay Renwick was a very attentive and friendly agent to deal with. Questions and clarificatons were answered promptly before and after booking. Her suggestions for hotels and tours in Rome were right on the mark and memorable. I would recommend booking through Kay to anyone in the future.

I booked a trip to Austria through Kay. She gave me excellent flying times and took delight in locating excellent hotels. Her suggested itinerary was more than what I had thought of myself and certainly paid off in experience. I look forward to working with her on future excursions.

It was super working with Kay on my recent trip to San Diego. I had given provisional dates and when it came time to finalize, the return flight had no seats left and the prices were higher! However, Kay monitored the situation closely and a seat cleared and we were able to get it at the cheapest cost! I was also considering staying in the Gaslamp Quarter but I am so glad that Kay recommended Little Italy instead as the location was perfect! It was very safe, walkable and had an amazing selection of restaurants and unique stores. I loved it there. I did visit the Gaslamp Quarter and was so glad that I didn't stay there as it looked very run down indeed. Kay also suggested booking the Urban Boutique Hotel which I had been considering and it was great value considering that breakfast was also included! The hotel and location can easily make the difference between a good and a bad vacation and I am so glad I trusted Kay! She is very personable and efficient and I knew that my arrangements were well taken care of. Flight Centre offers an excellent service and very knowledgeable travel specialists. I highly recommend dealing with Kay for your next vacation!

Kay was very responsive, including when I had a change of heart regarding my arrival date in Victoria Falls. She kept me well informed throughout the process and also gave me great advice when I had trouble sourcing a suitable plug adaptor the day before departure. I would recommend her (and Flight Centre) to friends.

Thanks to Kay Renwick for making my overseas return flight as hassle-free as I could have hoped for. From the get-go, Kay impressed me as personable and knowledgeable, knowing precisely where to find the information I needed. I am writing to share accolades for KAY RENWICK, who works out of the Bloor Street location in Toronto. Recently, I had a need to book complicated travel arrangement out of country. Over the course of several emails and calls, she provided what ended up being the most convenient and cost efficient plan. In addition, she shared updated Airlines, airports and other-country information and changes in the economy of my destination. I have not travelled yet but Kay has prepared me very well to this point. I ask that you pass on this review with her.

The agent was very good as she seemed to have my best interests at heart. She gave me several options for flights and spent a lot of time with me. I will use her again should I travel again.

I had the great pleasure of having Kay aka “ Dotty” who was wonderfully engaging,very funny, and totally professional. I had been booking “ on line”……Dotty is way more fun‼️

I walked into Flight Centre at Yonge and Bloor last Thursday and wanted to go away two days later. Kay was Outstanding!!! She narrowed down the possibilities quickly and the decision was made fast. To Cancún I went and had a blast!!!

My husband and I were experiencing the winter blues hard, and so we thought using a travel agency to help us find an all inclusive somewhere warm and where we had not yet experienced was the way to go.
We got connected to Kay, who went above and beyond for us! She listened to our wants AND needs, and asked all the right questions to book us an all inclusive that exceeded our expectations in Cancun, Mexico, within Playa del Carmen! Kay also ensured to keep us well informed as we looked into our options, and ensured we understood what we were committing to from start to finish. Not only did she do this, but Kay was also very communicative regarding any changes or concerns we or Flight Centre had, even when we were already on our trip and experiencing it - for example, reaching out to make sure we knew our flight had gotten delayed, and checking the weather/ocean conditions.

All in all, we feel so lucky and know we got the best service. We had an incredible, memorable time and will definitely be using Flight Centre and ask for Kay again!

My experience working with Kay from the onset was beyond incredible. I felt like a priority at all times. Our trip to Cuba was cancelled less then a week before we were set to depart, with no flexibility to change our dates. Kay quickly gathered options, and ones that checked all our boxes based on her listening to what was important to me and my budget. The level of information, and what to expect at our new destination was so appreciated and it made this experience stress free. While down in Mexico, Kay made it a point to check in, make sure we were good, and once home I received a welcome home email. Other agents at different organizations have never done this... basically once the deal was sealed they moved along, but not Kay, she still continued to make me a priority. I will continue to trust Kay at Flight Centre with all future trips/destinations we have on our bucket list. It's apparent she loves what she does, and cares about her clients.

Brei was my travel agent. She was super sweet and attentive. She worked with us to find a flight that was within our budget and tight travel dates. Super happy either way the experience. The trip was wonderful.
