Sue Harriman was a gem. When I had problems with applying a gift certificate to a flight, she sorted it all out quickly and booked my flight to the UK. Then the craziness with trying to get a UK passport began, and 8 weeks later after dealing with bureaucracy, my passport arrived too late.
Sue took care of changing the flights and booking me later in the year, responding immediately to my many questions on the procedure. I could not have done it myself, and am grateful and thankful to Sue for her patience, tolerance and personable communication. She really cared - it wasn't just someone booking a flight. Her replies were fast, efficient and it was more like communicating with a friend rather than a company. I would book with her again anytime. Thanks Sue.

The booking is a one on one experience. I really don't want to book on an on-line platform as it seems it is risky and difficult to impose my itinerary. Flight Centre gives me always the best experience, where an assistant understands your planned itinerary.
