Hjemmesiden fungerer fint, men pludselig stiger billetprisen under bookingprocessen

Super service and nice

If you found a good deal on this website, don't take it. It's not worth it. I bought plane tickets which got confirmed, but three hours later Flighttix decided to cancel the tickets. They said it was due to the airline declining the purchase and that I would receive my money in a couple working days. The problem is that the money is somehow stuck somewhere, after contacting them they even go so far as claiming that the money can take weeks or even months to be refunded. Plane tickets are expensive, not everyone has double the amount of money lying around to just purchase the trip again while waiting for the refund.

Booked a flight via them, with Ryanair.
Note: cancellation insurance included.

The booking code I got does not exist with Ryanair.
I contact Flighttix, they say
"You have booked with a low-cost airline. These airlines have their own (reservation) systems. Unfortunately, Flighttix.dk is unable to offer support on low-cost airlines and their systems. Therefore, always contact Ryanair directly if you have any questions"
RyanAir cannot help as they cannot find the booking with them, so I am sent back to FlightTix.

Currently awaiting response from FlightTix.

Current opinion: They will be blacklisted by our company and the payment rejected.

Edit:
After many emails back, forth and in circles, the booking suddenly seems to have appeared...wow magic... Still not changing the evaluation of this company.

Der var mange ting jeg skulle tage stilling til men det gik godt. Jeg glæder mig til at besøge en veninde i Holland. Vi har ikke set hinanden i 8 år.

alt så fint ud til at starte med indtil vi møder op i lufthavnen og ser flyet er aflyst men har intet hørt fra flighttix og de svarer ikke på mail eller andet.
Kan absolut ikke anbefale dem!!!!

Så langt så godt...
Vi har booket 4 billetter til Tyrkiet fra Hamborg.
Bortset fra at første booking stiger godt 500kr i pris fordi Flighttix vælger at opdatere midt i det hele så vi "må" vælge nogle andre billetter der passer bedre til budgettet så er det godt smertefrit indtil nu.
Vi håber det holder og glæder os til at komme ned til varmen. Vi har fået mail med billetter og bekræftelse. Så mon ikke?
