same experience as those below - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is 100% a scam.
Customer service is non-existent - their phone is never answered, and their voicemail is for 'Love Carpets' (a different company entirely..).
The phone number for their complaints line is a false number and doesn't even ring.

They take orders, and can't fulfil them.
I spent so much time chasing them, to no avail. They ignored my emails and refused to process a refund/return.

Credit card company had to get the money back in the end - shocking.

My experience is virtually identical to Richard. Ordered carpet late Nov 23 advised they couldn’t deliver and they said they’d refund. Money never came despite numerous attempts to contact them. My Ccard company got my money back in the end but I suspect they are a deliberately fraudulent operation, steer well clear.

1 star as no option for “0”.
Ordered carpet November 19, 2023 and then told that it was not in stock. Agreed refund with company November 24th (email evidence held) and still waiting despite calls (unanswered), further emails (unanswered) and live chat function. No refund as at December 20th. They have £1.9k of my money, be very careful.

Very dissapointing service with this company , I ordered some vynyl, which I would not normally do online but my business has had to close and wanted to give it a make over before we reopen , I was told by chasing online flooring that it had been delivered , after chasing for 3 days there was not card or address of where it was delivered had to put a note through numerous people’s letterbox giving my no , which I didn’t like doing , a guy got back to me that said he told tuffnells delivery guy to put his no through my letterbox as he wouldn’t be there for days , he got back to me after 4 days of searching for it , and I opened it today and it’s damaged , have emailed them again and no reply ,will never be ordering off them again , a lesson learned don’t order vynyl online

Managed to get a bargain on my Kingsmead carpet - almost £7 a metre cheaper than other shops I visited.

Absolute no brainer with free delivery - I found a fitter off checkatrade to fit for me.
