I know it was only £1 but until checkout I was not warned that the samples where going to cost me. Unfortunately I can't find data sheets on these so I don't know if they are safe for me.

Unhlepful for Rural Location that Can't get Deliveries from Evri
We ordered some samples from Carpet Warehouse which were sent by Evri, who are consistently useless at delivering to us. Evri sent them back after 'failing to deliver'. I contacted Carpet Warehouse by phone explaining the issue and asked for the samples to be delivered with another courier but was told they would only send with Evri.
I'd stay well clear of any company who are this unhelpful when you're trying to spend money with them - it doesn't bode well should there be problems.
By the time Carpet Warehouse got back to me again, saying the samples had been returned for some reason, and would I like them to be re-sent, I had ordered the carpet from another company and had it delivered and fitted.

Customer service is great but the flooring i purchased is alot thinner than I expected it to be. Although lovely. It's nothing we can't work with with better underlay but wish it was slightly thicker for the cost per sqm. Wide choice of options which is fantastic though. Will definitely order again.

Terrible company to deal with, took my order, it never arrived, I phoned and was told they couldn’t deliver the product any more! When were they going to tell me that!! Still waiting for refund! Don’t use them!!
