I called customer services twice and the Indian man who answered was dedicated only to one thing, and that was getting off the phone so he didn't have to put any effort into the sale. I asked him three times where he was refusing to help me and he said because it's the shot protocol for me to send my queries in via email. I told him my request was very simple and that I was looking for three mil bathroom vinyl flooring which was anti-slip. You could tell he just wanted to get off the phone and continue with doing whatever he was doing which I found infuriating. I insisted that he helped me and that's largely because of my dyslexia. Reluctantly he helped me and I directed me to a piece of lino that was completely different to what I had asked. He then said if you want any more help you have to email. He's denied that he was the right department even though on the website it advertises that exactly number as customer services. I think this is what you get when you call a budget floor company.... you get treated like a budget person. They have definitely lost my business, and I hope they lose yours.
