I haven’t received my flooring yet, but I wanted to leave a review for the amazing customer service I’ve received from Sean so far. I’ve had so many questions while trying to choose the right flooring, and Sean has been incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout.

He’s given great advice and answered all my questions. Really appreciate all the help so far and I’m looking forward to receiving the flooring!

Davinder was great! Provided useful information and helped was always willing to help out.

A discount code direct from the site was not working which prompted me to call their hotline. On the call I got through to Davinder who was quick to understand my issue and helped me place the discounted order by generating the invoice and sending it by email. His speed over the call and later WhatsApp message exchanges meant I was able to submit the order in time for the cut-off to get my preferred delivery date. This was my first dealing with Floorstreet and definitely recommend them based on their prices and rapid customer support.

Davinder was super helpful, he checked in straight after I ordered my samples to offer his support and followed up a few weeks later to get my order in before the end of the sale. He made the process super easy!

From start to finish I couldn’t complain on the customer service I received from Sean at Floor street. He contacted me via WhatsApp and was able to answer all questions I had straight away. From offering discount to advice on the products he showed fantastic customer service. I have received my carpet and stair runner today and the quality is amazing.
