Floor Street Opiniones

Excellent service, no hard sell, very informative and professional. Also great offers. Well done Davinder

I ordered a sample from the website which arrived promptly.
I was then contacted by Davinder who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
He was able to set up an order for me and allow me to choose a delivery date.
With Davinder’s help I have now placed an order of flooring.

Davinder provided excellent customer service. He listened to my needs and was able to suggest suitable flooring samples to ensure that I found and ordered the right flooring for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Floor Street.

Floor street was recommended by a friend as I wanted to redo all floors in my flat. They did not disappoint. Davinder was really helpful and patient whilst I dithered on when best to place the order. Thank you for such great service and at a great price. I can’t wait to see the finished result.

Davinder was really helpful when I needed to amend my order. He sorted it straight away and my delivery date remained the same. Thank you!

Davinder was really quick to respond, he was very helpful sourcing the product I wanted which I don't believe the store had in. He was kind enough to check my maths for the area I need to cover. A great customer experience

Very good experience, customer service was amazing and so helpful! Added to my order after placing which was kind.

Ordered lots of samples and chose the warm sand oak 12mm straight plank laminate. We didn’t need it straight away, but were able to take advantage of the bank holiday sale and have it delivered a few months later which was great. Flooring arrived and really happy with the quality. Two packs were damaged (not the fault of Floor Street- one corner of the pallet had broken off where the packs were resting). Contacted customer service with photos of what had happened and Sean replied promptly. No quibbles, he advised that he’d contacted the supplier to arrange a replacement for the damaged packages. They were delivered the following morning- amazing customer service! Great company to deal with offering the best price we could find for premium product. We’ll be ordering again as our renovation progresses. Thank you!

Davinder from customer service was so helpful. From helping me with my order to answering any queries I had. Would definitely recommend Floor street.

Amazing people to work with and their product is flawless. We use floor street for our commercial fit outs and we will continue to do so.

Davinder was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for my flat

Super helpful service. I reached out with additional questions and Sean was really supportive and helped me through the entire ordering process, even helping me through the evening so I didn't have to wait aswell as getting me the best price. This is now the second time I've ordered from them and once again had great service.

Dealt with Sean this morning. He helped me out out with my problem super efficiently so I was able to continue ordering my flooring

Davinder was wonderful in helping me make decisions regarding my flooring. We already purchased previously the herringbone Desert Oak but now we want LVT for some traffic heavy areas in our house. He advised what the best match was- I’d already ordered samples but he was right! He then called and helped me work out the measurements. Tony was also really helpful through the process. You couldn’t ask for a better team or flooring company. Quality products and service.

Great floor quality & great service from Davinder.

We found floor street via Instagram and happened to be in the area and thought let’s pay a visit.

Davinder offered great service. Informative & thorough and answered all my questioned pre & post purchase.

Davinder was great and very responsive. We bought the flooring and are very pleased.

Fab service, Davinder was really helpful and super speedy to respond when I had any questions.

Contacted floor street directly via WhatsApp and was assisted by Sean. Sean helped me place my order with ease and guided me through exactly what I needed, making the process easy and enjoyable.

I first brought my flooring last year for our new house reno and couldn’t be happier with the quality and durability of the flooring!(a dog and two cats!) Recently reached out via WhatsApp to ask some questions and put another order in and got a response super quick (literally 5 minutes) was such a simple and easy process the lovely gentleman even put together my order for me sent me and invoice and I just had to click a button to check out! Would recommend to anyone! 10/10

Davinder was really helpful when I had a query prior to ordering. He came back to me and kept me fully informed.
