If I could give it zero I would. I ordered at the end of November and had to chase them up twice to find out what had happened to my order. They eventually told me it had been shipped and I got an email with the tracking info on it (only after I chased them). The tracking is not great. My one said it arrived at Heathrow on the 7th December then it stayed there. I never received my order. I chased FBM a few times and they got back to me on the 4th January to say the goods had been returned to them and that they would refund me in 5-7 business days (tracking still says it's at Heathrow). Needless to say, I have had to chase the refund as well which I am still waiting on. They said today that they will refund me in 5-7 working days (heard that before)but the refund they were issuing was short, not by too much but it is yet another thing that I have to keep chasing them for. Use Boots or Beauty Bay. If I hadn't hedged my bets and got a few bits from these other sites my daughter would have not gotten her main ask for xmas. Avoid. They are not very good at customer service but they hammer you with marketing!
My daughter is a huge MBB fan
My daughter is a huge MBB fan, ordered 15 days before Christmas. Didn’t receive any order updates until a few days before Xmas saying it would be delayed, finally receiving a shipping email on 2nd Jan and the delivery on 4th. Thankfully I found the items elsewhere to arrive before Christmas. Had they been honest about delays on their website I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money ordering direct, for that reason I’m giving 1 star and wouldn’t recommend.

But all in such a disappointment it came in a crapy box no nice little bad faded stickers and took 5 weeks to come I orderd on the 15 of November to get it plenty before Christmas and came a few days before Christmas!!! Definitely won’t waist my money again

Very disappointed. I know they're in the USA but I ordered on 3 December for a Christmas gift. After a long delay and emailing asking for an update I was was told on 21 Dec there was a delay and it would arrive on 3 January. No mention was made of an unavailable item. On 29 Dec out of the blue I received a refund notification (addressed to "Dear Vicki" which is not my name). Parcel eventually arrived on 31 Dec, minus the main item wanted. If I had been told earlier than 29 December I could have purchased an alternative present for my granddaughter to give her on Christmas Day. Won't ever buy from them again.

Phony company? Or just crappy management?
If I could put zero stars I would. Major stores carry this brand? How? This online shop is a joke- there is no customer service, no one responds, and you can't get a human on the phone. Do not order from here- I placed an order for my niece on December 7th and there wasn't a reply, no merchandise has been shipped and their phone number is phony. I have placed a claim with my bank. Do not shop here.
Update on this post 1/2/23 — after writing emails to customer service, trying to figure out where my order was and calling the customer service number that leads to a generic robotic answering machine… my bank refunded me the amount of the purchase. On December 24th, three of the seven items I ordered were delivered. Still no replies from the company at that point. Then I get an email on December 26th from customer service saying “we see your order was delivered, thanks so much! Hope you’re satisfied with your order!” And I’m like, wait are you for real? I replied regarding their inability to reply to me in a timely manner, The fact that I only received half the order and the fact that I did in fact get reimbursed by my bank so I don’t really want their products anymore but thanks for sending them on Christmas Eve when I ordered them on December 5 with 3-5 day shipping. They still haven’t replied, but sent a customer service survey. Seriously everyone, there are so many wonderful clean makeup brands out there for teenagers and this company should not be the one that you go to. This has been far too difficult of a process, the company clearly doesn’t have the means to handle orders correctly, there is zero service, you pay for shipping and it doesn’t ship in a timely manner… the list goes on. Had I not gone to my bank I would’ve been out $65 for a bunch of products that never arrived. They need to get their operations together or shut down.

They do not ship your package in 3 to 5 business days and if you message them they will not respond within 24 to 48 hours as they say! thanks a lot FBM for not fulfilling your part, it was a Christmas present too, I am going to have to dispute this charge because I can not even get a hold of anyone to even cancel my order!

Awful experience - ordered $150 worth of cosmetics for my 12 year old and not had any updated tracking or products delivered. They do not respond in any platform. Absolutely shocking.

My experience with florence. I'm LOVING florence, I have 9 products in total. I highly recommend this brand because I am doing very well. I have quite delicate skin and this brand helps me in its care and does not ruin it. I tried other things not from florence but I saw my red skin. Instead with florence no I highly recommend it

How very sad that I ordered for my daughter who is a huge MBB FAN. Customer service it awful. They say they will reply within 2 days but they do NOT. do not think we will receive our good for xmas now. Very disappointed and I think MBB should have some input because its HER name to this company and all the kids want it because they are her fans!

Please don't order from them! They have thousands of back dated orders that are going nowhere, and aren't giving refunds. All they do is post whale emojis to any posts on socials asking where orders are. Such a shame as products are great but the company handling shipping is horrendous. Do not be conned. They also make you download an app to track the order which reads all your emails so its a con am afraid.
