Scammers. Ordered Dec 20th, never received my order.

Florence is actually amazing!!
The things I’ve ordered here is so good and does not irritate my skin. I really love all of the products! They are really good and gentle on skin. Best skincare ever!! I highly recommend you trying it it makes your skin glowing and soft!!

I was provided with a free sample from Florence by mills to write an honest review, and I think the No drama leave-in detangling spray works really well! Thieves. They take money and then don't ship anything. They don't respond to emails. 100% scam. Don't waste your time and money!

First off - this review is not about the actual products as my daughter loves them but the absolute appalling customer service from FBM. I live in the UK and placed an order for $96. Tracking info provided which I kept checking, after 3 weeks I contacted them because the parcel wasn't moving (must be lost) but it was like talking to a brick wall!
If they do bother to answer your emails they don't actually answer anything you're asking and just try to fob you off. To cut a long story short I bombarded them with emails and used the live chat on their website and basically wouldn't leave them alone. Gave me every excuse under the sun but I have eventually had a refund. Also I opened a dispute with PayPal.
I will never order direct from them again. It's not the products, it's their stinking customer service and I'm sure Millie Bobby Brown wouldn't want them treating people the way they do! Anyone in a similar position - just keep forwarding your emails to them over and over and use the live chat on the website. If I wasn't so persistent I would be £70 down.

Moim zdaniem to nie jest wina florence że paczki czasem się gubią, Oni je wysyłają ale podczas roznoszenia ich po pocztach niektóre z tych paczek mogą zostać po prostu przez kuriera zgubione. Ale wracając to mi paczka przyszła w około 3 tygodnie i dostałam nawet rzeczy których nie zamawiałam. Zamawiałam jedynie największy zestaw a w paczę oprócz zestawu była maska, mgiełka, paletka, maska w perełkach, różowy tonik, 2 błyszczyki, peeling do twarzy, tusz do rzęs, najnowsza maska, wielorybki oraz 2 koloryzujące balsamy do ust z najnowszej kolekcji. Wszystko przyszło całe i nieuszkodzone. Do tego na oryginalnej stronie jest około 20zł taniej na każdy produkty niż w np. Douglasie. Mega polecam

I am pretty sure I have a reason to be angry now since I haven't received my package after almost 6 months they have not replied to my emails and my tracking number has disappeared and after ordering my parents have had troubles with their credit cards I am a teenager and I just wanted the products but now I have been asking for a full refund!

They don't reply to emails. I've been waiting for the package for two months. $135 is gone :)))) I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

The products I received were delivered in a wet box after a bottle had opened. All the Holiday Gift Set boxes were destroyed. I've been attempting to reach them for weeks now to no avail. I've left messages, emailed, reached out via Instagram.....nothing. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Niestety jestem okropnie zawiedziona! Zamówienie złożyłam w kwietniu (mamy grudzień). W czerwcu napisałam do nich co z zamówieniem a oni oczywiście odpisali robotem! Pisali cały czas o koronawirusie i że są utrudnienia. Zrozumiałam to. Okazało się ze przesyłka zgubiła się gdzieś! Napisali czy chce zwrot pieniędzy czy nowe zamówienie, napisałam że chce zwrot pieniędzy ale go nie otrzymałam! Kiedy się już zdenerwowałam napisałam wprost żeby oddali mi pieniądze! Przestali odpisywać. Chyba po 2 tygodniach odpisali taką samą informacją jaką dostałam na początku! Jestem zażenowana! Pieniędzy nie otrzymałam do dziś tak samo jak paczki!!
Jestem fanką Millie od ponad roku ale to co się dzieje w jej firmie jest nie do pomyślenia!! Rozumiem że to nie jej wina ale powinna zatrudniać lepszych ludzi!!!
Z całego serca nie polecam!!!!
Lepiej jest kupić florence na douglasie czy house of beauty! Te stronki polecam z całego serca jak ktoś chce kupić florence by mills. Ich oryginalna firma a dokładniej obsługa to jakiś żart!!!

The worst customer service, ever.
I bought almost U$100 in products and After I month they sent me another product that I never ordered. After sending them a question regarding this matter, they answered that It was a mistake and I just need to pay for the shipping and they would refund my money. Really? Do I have to pay for the shipping regarding something that I didn't order?
Totally Unsatisfied.

This is very good! The things I’ve ordered here is so good and does not irritate my skin. Took a pretty long time to come to me. And the ship and some things was expensive. But if you live in the USA. ORDER ORDER ORDER! I love the peel of mask have ordered it twice and it’s no scam or stealing money! Love it.
