Fantastic

Fantastic, flowers received were better than I could have expected and fiance extremely pleased. Negative feedback likely from customers ordering last minute on valentines day or post-infidelity discoveries.

Extremely disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Would not order from them again. My daughter and I both separately ordered flowers on Sunday 22nd June for a bereavement. I was informed by email that because of the rural location they could not be delivered until Tuesday 24th. I confirmed that this was ok. As I had not heard anything from the flower station to confirm that they had been delivered or a thank you from the recipient a few days later - I emailed flower station again. Alex said that they had originally gone out for delivery on Tuesday but had been danaged by DHL so they had to make a new order and had been delivered at 10.10 on Wednesday 25th. My daughter received a message from the recipient on Sunday 29th stating that she had received her flowers but nothing from me. I again emailed flower station. All along, they had incorrectly quoted the order number for my daughter’s flowers stating that they had been delivered when in fact they hadn’t. This is one week after ordering the flowers. My money has been taken and nothing has been received.
I emailed flower station again stating that the only flowers that had been delivered were the ones from my daughter and to issue me a refund which I now have to wait several days for. . The email from Alex offered no explanation as to what happened to my delivery and offered me a 10% discount on my next order of flowers from them. How insulting. If you can’t meet peoples expectations then don’t make promises. I am now left in the position of having to order bereavement flowers over a week later from somewhere more reliable like bloom and wild. Don’t waste your money with this company

We are very sorry for the upset and frustration this situation caused, particularly given the sensitive nature of a bereavement order. We fully understand how disappointing this must have been.

To clarify what happened: both orders were prepared and dispatched for delivery to the same recipient and address. Unfortunately, while the courier marked both orders as delivered, further investigation showed that the driver delivered only one bouquet and incorrectly uploaded the same delivery photo to both orders. This understandably led to confusion and incorrect information being shared initially, and we sincerely apologise for that.

As soon as this discrepancy became clear, we asked for a photo of the bouquet that had been received so we could confirm which order was delivered. Once confirmed, we issued a full refund for the order that was not delivered, as previously explained in our correspondence. In addition, we offered a goodwill discount code to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

We’re truly sorry that this error resulted in you having to source flowers elsewhere and that our communication during the investigation felt unsatisfactory. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared internally and with our courier partner to ensure this type of issue is prevented in the future.

Disappointing

Disappointing, flowers ordered to what was received is a big let down. Ordered flowers for £32 with free delivery, actually received flowers worth about £10. Wish I could upload pics to prove here.

We would like to clarify that all of our bouquets are priced according to stem count, flower variety, and preparation, and the bouquet delivered was the one purchased, prepared to the stated specifications and of the correct value. As our arrangements are handmade using natural, seasonal flowers, there can be variations in bloom size and appearance, which can sometimes make an arrangement look different from expectations, but this does not mean the value is reduced.

We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there are any concerns so we can review photos, investigate, and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate. Unfortunately, we were not contacted in this case, so we did not have the opportunity to assess or address your concerns at the time.

We are sorry that this experience left you feeling let down and we appreciate your feedback.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them! Their delivery guy came, made a photo downstairs, didn't call me so I could meet them and left, I was at home all day. Shame.

We would like to clarify what happened on the day of delivery. Our driver arrived at the address provided and first attempted to reach you via the intercom, but unfortunately received no response. He then made multiple calls to the contact number provided with the order, all of which went unanswered. Our call logs confirm these attempts.

As an additional step, the driver spoke with reception, who advised that they are unable to accept perishable items on behalf of residents due to building policy. The driver then waited a further 10 minutes at the address and made a final call attempt before having to mark the delivery as unsuccessful. Photos were taken on site to confirm the driver’s presence at the address.

We understand how frustrating it is to miss a delivery, especially when you believed you were available, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Once the failed delivery was logged, we notified you to explain the situation and discuss next steps.

Thank you for raising your concerns, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

We are sorry to hear that this experience was disappointing, especially as the flowers were intended for your wife’s birthday.

To clarify, the order was placed for Monday delivery to an address outside of London, where our delivery services are not available on Sundays and Mondays. As soon as this was identified, we sent several notifications and an email to the email address provided at checkout to explain the situation and advise on the next available delivery date. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time.

When you contacted us two days later, we fully explained the reason for the non-delivery and provided copies of the communications we had previously sent. As delivery on a later date was no longer suitable for you, you requested a cancellation, which we processed promptly and in full.

We’re sorry that this did not feel clearly communicated from your side and regret the inconvenience caused.

This order was placed on whoosh didn't arrive in 4 hours so I purchased some flowers and took to my sick daughter last night as your invoice said 6th of June phoned and complained to no avail with the order was suppose to be chocolates so am I disgusted absolutely never again

We would like to clarify what happened with the order. At the time of purchase, the order was placed with a scheduled delivery date of 7th June, which was clearly shown on the order confirmation and invoice. The delivery selected was also our standard next-day delivery service.

When you contacted us the following day to ask why the order had not arrived, we immediately explained the scheduled delivery date. At your request, and to help as quickly as possible, we rescheduled and arranged for the order to be delivered the same day, despite this being outside the original booking.

We’re very sorry that this caused frustration and that expectations around delivery timing did not align. We understand how stressful situations like this can be, and we regret that the experience left you feeling let down.

Paid 210 pound for flowers (Pink…

Paid 210 pound for flowers (Pink Avalanche Roses). They came in a bit disorganised, dry and the roses on the side of the boutique are mostly squished. Still very beautiful but wouldn't recommend or purchase again as there're way better options.
