Failed to deliver no communication whatsoever ever


Fo not use this company they they are bordering on fraudulent.
I ordered flowered for my cousins 70th Teo weeks in advance@ £126 As a thank you for all the support and help she had been during my illness.
The flowers didn't arrive flower station did not ell me they weren't going to arrive

The elivery company informed me. , they said they haven't received the flowers,
Flower box did not contact me
I tried ringing no answer, left a voicemail, and used the chat function they have not contacted me and have not provided the service for which they have charged.
I have chased the all day

They haven't returned my calls, they haven't answered the phone
They haven't responded to the chat service or emails,
They have taken my money £126!
I managed to get through on Monday where they blamed me for wrongly inputting the address . I believed them and then when I checked the order acknowledgement the addresses were all correct they then said they never deliver at the weekend and would always have been tuesday, the y are not willing to refund me for the lack of providing what they sold. They have made me feel I have been foolish and it is my mistake and they admitted they took my money knowing they would nt deliver ion her birthday, and offered to deliver on Tueddsy at no extra cost .
I am so upset snd feel very ripped off and if I could think of how I could take this further I would.

We’re truly sorry to hear how upsetting this experience has been, especially given the personal meaning behind the order. We take allegations of this nature very seriously and would like to clarify what happened.

The order was dispatched as scheduled on the 30th of August (Saturday). However, the postcode provided at checkout did not match the delivery address, which meant the address could not be located by the courier and delivery was therefore not possible. As soon as we became aware of the issue and resumed business operations on Monday morning, we contacted you immediately to explain the situation.

Although the delivery could not be completed due to incorrect address details, and despite us having met our contractual obligation based on the information provided, we arranged a free redelivery as a gesture of goodwill, ensuring that you would not incur any additional costs.

We’re very sorry that communication during this period felt difficult or delayed, particularly while you were understandably anxious for an update. We can assure you there was no intention to mislead or withhold information, and we certainly did not take payment knowing we would not deliver. Our aim throughout was to resolve the issue and complete the delivery as quickly as possible once the correct details were confirmed.

We regret that this situation left you feeling distressed and let down, and we appreciate you raising your concerns.

will never use them again

That's the 2nd time when I ordered from Flower Station hoping that 1st time was just a mistake on their side. This will definitely be my last order with them. I chose a very nice bouquet on their website, "It's a kind of magic" made up of blue hydrangea, nude roses and violet statice. The bouquet that arrived to my friend was white and dark pink (white hydrangea and a looot of dark pink/fuchsia roses, all the pink roses they found in the flower shop). It had nothing to do with the one that I ordered and not suitable for my friend (maybe for a teenager). I don't understand. Is it that difficult to make an identical copy of the bouquet you display on your website? They were all seasonal flowers: hydrangea and roses. I didn't choose tulips or freesia... Will never use Flower Station again!!!

We are genuinely sorry to hear that the bouquet received did not match your expectations, and we understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly as this was your second experience with us.

We would like to clarify what happened with this order. The “It’s a Kind of Magic” bouquet is designed with pink roses and light blue hydrangeas. On this occasion, the bouquet was prepared using hot pink roses, which fall within the same colour family as shown online, and light blue hydrangeas supplied to us that week, which naturally contained more white petals than usual due to the weather conditions. While the hydrangeas may have appeared lighter, they were the same flower and variety, and not substituted with a different type.

As all of our bouquets are handmade using natural, seasonal flowers, no two arrangements will ever be identical. Flower colours, particularly hydrangeas, can vary significantly depending on growing conditions, soil composition, and supply, even within the same shipment. This natural variation can sometimes result in arrangements looking different from the reference images shown online.

Our policy, which is standard across the floral industry, is to recreate designs as accurately as possible. When exact shades or stems are unavailable, we provide suitable alternatives matched in colour and variety, of equal or greater value, without compromising the quality of the arrangement.

We’re truly sorry that the final bouquet was not suitable for your intended recipient and that this left you feeling let down.

Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can continue refining how we communicate natural variations and set clearer expectations.

Horrible flowers and worse customer servuce

Paid £217 for a rose box and Bollinger flowers arrived almost dead with brown petal tips as they were dying 12 flowers for £99 and they can’t even provide live ones
Emailed to complain but no response from this company
I would avoid them at all costs as the products are sub standard and complaints are not handled at
The response below 5 months after the complaint is total nonsense there has never been any contact from this company no replacement was ever offered and “guard petals “ is utter drivel an excuse for their poor quality - don’t use this company as you can see they make up stories and try to make out you are a fool

We’re very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, particularly given the value and importance of the order.

We would like to clarify the concerns raised. After receiving your email and reviewing the photos provided, we confirmed that the roses were received in good condition. The petals you identified as “dead” were in fact guard petals - the outer petals that we intentionally leave on our roses. These petals protect the inner blooms from bruising during handling and transport and help extend the overall longevity of the flowers. Some florists remove them for presentation purposes, but our experience shows that keeping them on results in longer-lasting roses. These petals naturally soften and fall back over time when the flowers are cared for.

That said, we completely understand how this may have appeared disappointing if you were unfamiliar with guard petals, and we’re sorry that this was not explained clearly at the outset.

Notwithstanding the above, and because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we offered to send a complimentary replacement bouquet on a date of your choosing as a goodwill gesture. This was not an admission of fault, but rather our way of ensuring you did not feel let down.

We’re also sorry that you felt your complaint was not handled appropriately.

A couple of misses

I found out from recipient a week later that the flowers were beautiful, however the card I had written was not placed with the bouquet so she did not know who sent them! I am also getting emails with my address but greeting the recipient regarding ratings, etc. Need to correct a couple of mistakes there Flower Station! Hope my next order will not pose any further problems.

Very disappointed with the quality of…

Very disappointed with the quality of flowers purchased from the Flower Station on Park Road, London NW1. My son-in-law bought a bouquet for £140 in cash on Sunday, 27th July and I received it within 30 minutes. Sadly, the flowers began wilting almost immediately and were dying, shedding petals and greenery within 48 hours — despite following all care instructions. I’ve had supermarket flowers last more than two weeks, so this was especially frustrating given the cost and sentimental value of the gift.

When we reached out to customer service, they said they could not do anything without a receipt. Unfortunately, my son-in-law had paid in cash and didn’t keep the receipt — but we had a photo taken on the day showing the bouquet in their branded box as proof. Still, no help offered.

I understand the request for a receipt, but as these flowers were a gift, that is not possible. Expecting gift recipients to produce receipts before acknowledging faulty goods — especially perishable items that cannot be returned in their original state — is unrealistic and unhelpful. The condition of the flowers a day after being received speaks for itself, which is why I share my honest experience here.

Very poor service and not what you’d expect from a premium florist. Would not recommend.

We would like to sincerely apologise for the circumstances surrounding your situation. However, to open a complaint for an item purchased in our physical shops we need to be provided with either a receipt or a screenshot of the payment on your banking app so we may verify the amount paid as well as the date it was purchased on. As we are dealing with perishable goods, we believe this requirement is more than fair and reasonable.

Given the above, as we have not been provided with the required information to open a complaint we were unfortunately unable to assist further.

Poor quality bouquet

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers as gifts for teachers at our school. This was last minute & requested same day delivery. I spent just under £100 for both bouquets and one bouquet was decent whilst the other was very poor. It had visibly dead and shrivelled flowers so I tried to pick them out to make the bouquet look a bit attractive. Very disappointing as there was nothing I could do to replace them at that late hour.

Also, I left a review with photos on their website and they discarded the review about the bad bouquet and only published the review about the other bouquet. That’s why I’m posting this review here.

I would not recommend.

Having a laaarf

If you're from outside London, don't bother. Just don't. If they can't see you from out their little window, you're 'rural', and they can't hack it. Then they just blame anything and everything on DHL.
Yeah, DHL...and not on Sundays or Mondays. No mention of that on their website. Definately not whilst you fill out your card details, just the day after delivery was due.

We would also like to inform you that our delivery services and availability are clearly specified on our website. Orders that are to be delivered outside our delivery range need to be placed by 3 PM the day before the delivery date so we can prepare and ship them with our partnered courier. As the collections are done on weekdays the only available delivery days are from Tuesday to Saturday.

Graduation Bouquet

I can highly recommend the Flower Station for their helpfulness, taking into account the customer's ideas and wishes, their creativity in producing a stylish bouquet for our daughter's graduation and amazing value for money. The bouquet was expertly and artistically created as we waited and the staff were charming and lovely to deal with. We will go definitely use Flower Station again in the future.

My friend is proposing today to his girlfriend and we decided to get a beautiful single pink rose. The two sells assistance were absolutely fantastic. They wrapped the rose in a with a beautiful bow. I am 100% confident he is going to get a yes!
