Rented car for 2 weeks. They had the best price for my case (small hybrid), delivered right to the door of Airbnb. Clean car with 60.000km.
I ripped the sidewall driving in very remote village - they arranged the tow truck and tire replacement! (And paid for it since I got full insurance).
Very fast and professional communication.
Nothing to complain about, definitely recommend.

Bonne compagnie. Le prix indiqué est le prix que vous payez. Vous n'avez pas a laisser de dépôt de sécurité lors de la prise de possession de la voiture. Le contrat inclus une assurance complète donc c'est vraiment sans tracas. De plus le kilométrage est illimité. Il est facile de communiquer avec la compagnie par WhatsApp, les employés sont très sympathiques et flexibles. Je recommande la compagnie si vous voyager dans la région des Pouilles.

I got a much better car than I expected, and the driver was waiting right in the arrivals area—excellent service and communication. They even helped me pay a complicated parking fine. If you need a car rental, this is the one to choose.

Très bonne expérience avec le loueur FLYCAR. La communication par Whatsapp est très facile, et surtout très réactive. Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport et nous sommes retrouvés très facilement après un échange de messages. Pareil au retour. Véhicule récent en très bon état. Nous avons pris la franchise à zéro, ce qui est un peu plus coûteux, mais nous évite les tracas, c'est un choix. Je recommande Flycar.

I had a fantastic experience renting a car with Fly Car in Bari. The entire communication process via WhatsApp was excellent—they were incredibly kind, helpful, and everything was clear and efficient. A wonderful experience with FlyCar21. Exactly as the name says..take the car and fly on the roads of Italy. Delivery and pick-up were very fast, in about 10-15 minutes.
Strong points WITH FlyCar21, without stress and complications:
- I really liked the quick pick-up and departure from the airport -5 stars.
- I picked up the car right at GATE 3 arrivals, waiting time 10 min - 5 stars
- Car drop-off, I met a representative at the gas station near the airport who then dropped us off at the departures gate in 5 min -5 stars
- The car was a Fiat 5oo Hybrid that worked fantastic, AC. which my wife and I named BUBURUZA -5 stars
- Communication with the Team especially Piero was excellent, they responded quickly to my messages -5 stars
- the only dissatisfaction was related to the fuel in the tank, the next day after about 200km it was necessary to fill it up.
A pleasant experience, I will also use FlyCar21 for my next vacation. Thank you FlyCar21!

We rented a car with FlyCar for a week in Puglia and were extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Picking up the car in Bari was especially convenient: the vehicle was waiting for us in the short-stay parking area directly in front of the arrivals terminal, which saved us a considerable amount of time. The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly, and all the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently.

During our stay in Lecce, we unfortunately had a minor incident when an Italian driver hit the left side mirror of our car just after we had parked, causing the indicator light to stop working. Since the driver did not speak English and we do not speak Italian, we contacted the agency for assistance. FlyCar immediately stepped in and handled the accident report directly with the Italian driver on our behalf. We were genuinely impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism, and support in this stressful situation. Thank you again!

Returning the car was just as easy, with a meeting point at a gas station and assistance provided directly by another member of the team.

Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of service, which felt far more personal and pleasant than what you usually experience with large car rental companies. We would definitely choose FlyCar again in the future and highly recommend them without hesitation!
