The worst company ever by far !!
No representitives were available, no answers for phone calls or emails, and their staff in the airport just vanished while leaving all passengers dealing with huge delay for almost 24 hours in Larnaca last Thursday !!
Whatever prices or deals they try to offer you, be ensure that it's worth to pay double rather than flying with such lame bad company

My last time

Our flight was delayed by 10 hours, with no water or food, and no human representative who could explain what was happening to hundreds of confused people. Half of the people flew after 10 hours and did not receive their luggage at the destination airport, and half of the people were transferred to a hotel for the night without further instructions. Really bad behavior. Stay away from them.

Wie andere Bewertungen schon geschrieben haben ist ein Stern noch viel zu viel.
Im August 2024 wollte ich eigentlich mit der Airline fliegen, jedoch wurde der Zielflughafen kurz vorher gerändert. Daraufhin hatte man die Möglichkeit den Flug zu stornieren und das ganze Geld zurück zu bekommen (scheinbar), man müsse dafür nur eine E-Mail schreiben. Nun ist das über 1 1/2 Jahre her in denen ich über 150 E-Mails geschrieben habe und genau 0 mal eine Antwort erhalten hab. Von etlichen Anrufen bin ich 4-Mal durchgekommen dort wurde mir immer gesagt, dass die Rückerstattung auf dem Weg ist, das ist jetzt auch schon acht Monate her und das Geld habe ich natürlich nie erhalten und nie auch nur irgendeine Antwort obwohl mir gesagt wurde, dass sie alle meine Nachrichten erhalten haben.

שינו את שעת הטיסה ארבע פעמים וגם בפעם הרביעית היה עיכוב של שעה.
המטוס צפוף, לא נקי במיוחד ( לנו בכיס הקדמי

דיילי הקרקע היו אטומים, לא קשובים, לא נעימים ומתנשאים.

The flight itself was nice, very low cost, but also cheap, the only issue I had was that they broke my suitcase, one of 4 I sent, and refused to to fix/change it despite the law forcing them to take responsibility for it.
Will sue them.

My flight (GHV-NUE FL1005) was canceled by FlyLili in December 2024, 90 minutes before departure. I still haven't received my money back (8 months later), despite multiple written requests. VERY disappointed!

A flight that was supposed to leave at 11:15 PM left at 12:15 AM, and it was all because of an anti-Semitic flight attendant who decided to remove a passenger sitting in the emergency seat and asked him if he knew English and he said no. Restrooms full of bags of dirt and bad staff

Je suis extrêmement déçu par l'expérience que j’ai vécue lors du vol TU724 du 25 juin 2025 à destination de Paris. Le personnel de bord s’est montré irrespectueux, impoli, et dans certains cas carrément vulgaire et agressif envers les passagers. Une telle attitude est inacceptable, surtout dans un service censé garantir confort et sécurité.

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel a gâché tout le vol. Aucune écoute, des remarques déplacées, un ton autoritaire et agressif sans justification. Ce comportement m’a mis très mal à l’aise, et je me dois de signaler cette situation pour éviter que d’autres passagers ne vivent la même expérience.

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie, et je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de reprendre un vol avec elle.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had on flight TU724 on June 25, 2025, to Paris. The cabin crew was disrespectful, rude, and in some cases downright vulgar and aggressive towards passengers. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a service that is supposed to ensure comfort and safety.

The lack of professionalism from the crew ruined the entire flight. There was no attentiveness, inappropriate remarks, and an unjustifiably authoritarian and aggressive tone. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable, and I feel compelled to report this situation to prevent other passengers from going through the same experience.

I do not recommend this airline, and I will think twice before flying with them again.

Seit fast einem Jahr warten wir auf eine Entschädigung für einen Flug der gecancelt wurde. 2 Tage in einem abgeranzten Hotel ohne jegliche Informationen wie es weiter geht. Am 3. Tag haben wir neuen Flug gebucht. Alle Emails werden nicht beantwortet, Telefon wird aufgelegt!

The flight from Catania to Tel-Aviv was great. Clean plain.

Flug Gebucht und nach paar Wochen storniert. Nach monaten noch kein Geld zurück.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Die haben uns ganzen Tag wie Hunde am Flughafen unwissend stehen lassen. Unser Flug ist nie gekommen ohne Erklärung und Entschädigung bis heute, unser Urlaub wurde ruiniert. Die Airline hat uns angespuckt ohne Scham. Unseriös ist gar kein Begriff mehr für diese Fluggesellschaft.

Flight canceled - they canceled out flight and even after several month they still have't refuded our money.

90 minutes delays + announced about a connection stop at Bucharest in a mid of a flight

I flew with them twice and it was twice too much
4 hour flight became 9 hour flight during the flight because "the fuel was low"

We flew with Fly Lili on an organized trip from Israel to Finland, both outbound (02/03/2025) and return (07/03/2025). Although we purchased tickets for a direct flight, both flights included an unplanned stop in Bucharest, extending the flight time by 3.5 extra hours – all without any prior notice or explanation.
On the outbound flight, we at least received a notification before departure, claiming the delay was due to "bad weather." However, on the return flight, we only found out about the extended flight upon boarding, leaving us unprepared. This time, the excuse given was that the plane was "too heavy" and needed a refueling stop.
Of course, after checking, we discovered the real reason: the crew had already worked 12 hours and needed to be replaced. Instead of informing passengers honestly, Fly Lili chose to lie and provide misleading excuses.
Moreover, the aircraft was not equipped for such a long journey – there was no coffee, no basic soft drinks like Coke, and no proper service for an extended flight. The seating was extremely cramped, making the experience even worse. During the stop in Bucharest, we were not allowed to leave the plane, forcing us to stay inside under uncomfortable conditions.
In conclusion, Fly Lili demonstrated a complete lack of transparency, misled its passengers, and failed to provide adequate conditions for such a long flight. A huge disappointment – we would not recommend flying with them. 🚫✈️

Flug Nürnberg Brasov gebucht, dann Einstellen der Flugverbindung durch Flylilly, seitdem keine Reaktion auf Emails, Geld ist offensichtlich weg, leite jetzt den Rechtsweg ein!

I booked Brasov - Thessaloniki route with them, but flight was cancelled from their side within minutes of purchase and no follow up email/ call for any kind of explanation. Ended up calling them weekly for 6 weeks until finally refund was done.

They don't answer emails, so your best bet is to call (although whether you call RO line or EN line, they only speak Romanian).

I don't recommend you book with them, ever!
