Flights booked through fly sharp and…
Flights booked through fly sharp and then offered alternative flights because they miscalculated the original fare. Then I checked on there website and the fair was still there at higher price. If this happens to anyone else, I recommend complaining the Sky Scanner if you booked through them as they are being monitored after I sent a complaint

Offered a 1% refund on 4 x long haul flight bookings from Virgin Atlantic

Ongoing theme of failing to refund for cancelled flight
Seems we are not the only customers experiencing an unresponsive and ineffective customer service from Flysharp after our flights were cancelled on 02 March. We didn’t receive any notification from them, only from the airline once we reached the airport which was highly inconvenient when travelling with a young child. I have called the number listed on their website multiple times everyday and emailed to no avail. I will be escalating our complaint to trading standards and the civil aviation authority if I don’t receive a response so I would encourage other customers to do the same. Do not book with them!

Unreliable service
I had a very disappointing experience with Fly Sharp and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
I booked a flight through them after seeing their rating on Skyscanner, which made them appear reliable. Their website clearly stated that the ticket would be issued within 96 hours, so I trusted the process and completed the booking.
However, within 24 hours they sent an email saying the booking could not be confirmed due to “non-availability of seats” and that the transaction had been voided. If the seats were not available, they should not have accepted the booking or taken the payment in the first place.
Because of this delay, I lost the chance to book the same flight with other companies that were offering tickets at the same price. By the time they cancelled my booking, the fares had already increased. For reference, my itinerary number is EF63004.
Based on my experience, the rating I saw on Skyscanner now feels misleading, because the service I received was very unprofessional. I would not recommend booking with Fly Sharp. They are scammers.

had a very poor experience with Fly Sharp (Booking reference: XZIFOH). My flight was cancelled and I did not receive any notification from the agency. I only found out by checking the airline website myself.
I tried contacting them many times by phone, email and WhatsApp but received no response. My flight was rebooked for 12 March and then cancelled again, and the next available flight offered was 15 March.
This delay is causing serious problems because I work in the UK on a sponsored visa, and if I cannot return to work on time my job and visa may be at risk.
I hope the agency can resolve this situation urgently and improve their communication with customers.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Poor Customer Service
My flight was cancelled on 1st March due to the Middle East war situation. The airline, IndiGo, confirmed that the ticket was eligible for a refund. However, the real problem started with the booking agent Fly Sharp (also known as Southall Travels).
Fly Sharp makes bookings using their own contact details instead of the customer’s, which means the airline communicates flight updates directly with them, not with the passenger. Because of this, when the flight was cancelled, I was never informed by Fly Sharp.
I tried multiple emails and phone calls over a week, but there was absolutely no response from Fly Sharp.
Eventually, I managed to speak with their agent Mr. Suman, and the experience was extremely disappointing. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he spoke as if he was doing me a favour by allowing me to book through Fly Sharp. He even said that they had already “done a favour” by giving a lower price through a promotional code.
When I asked about the refund process, he clearly stated that it is my responsibility to handle it. This is unacceptable because the booking was made through their agency using their contact details.
What was even more shocking is that when I asked why Fly Sharp did not inform customers about the cancellation—even though the airline had already notified them a day earlier he simply said they do not inform customers about any flight changes.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and highly irresponsible, especially during a crisis situation like a war-related flight disruption. A travel agency should support customers during such situations, not ignore them.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, poor communication, and rude behaviour from Fly Sharp. I strongly advise other passengers to think twice before booking through this company.

Avoid if you value communication or your money
I had a disastrous experience with Flysharp after my flight to India was cancelled due to recent events. While I understand that travel disruptions happen, the complete lack of support from this agency was unacceptable.
Zero Communication: I spent 8 days calling repeatedly with no answer. I sent multiple emails and received absolutely no response.
The "Four-Week" Runaround: When I finally reached someone after over a week of trying, I was told I could apply for a refund but was instructed to "call back in 4 weeks" just to check the status.
Worse than Booking Direct: I confirmed with the airline that if I had booked with them directly, the refund would have been processed immediately. By using Flysharp, I’ve effectively paid to have my money held hostage. If you want peace of mind when things go wrong, do not book through this agency. Their service disappears the moment they have your money.

My experience of buying tickets with FlySharp
My experience of buying tickets with them was very bad. They have a doggy sale of insurance along with the ticket which will not give you anything if your fight is cancelled or anything happens. If the airline has cancelled the flight and send you an email saying that they have cancelled, they will hold you for that and ask why did you talk to airline. While they are not doing anything to sort out when you are stuck abroad. Also, they will also take money from what airline is compensating. I am asking authorities to understand how the business works on deals like this.

Awful experience with Flysharp
Booked flight VS401 from Dubai to London. Flight cancelled due to conflict in the Middle East. Customer service was unhelpful, took two days to respond, and blamed the airline instead of assisting me. They refused any refund, citing “hostilities,” offering no solutions or support.

I am currently stranded in Thailand due to the Middle East situation. I have been ringing/emailing them for the last 5 days and I have had no contact from them whatsoever. My airline (Etihad) has informed me that I need to contact the agent to re-arrange travel home however FlySharp as mentioned above have just ignored my emails/calls. Please do NOT use this company!

Tried to post this on Google reviews but of course they restricted the reviews being posted there ( that's probably why their Google reviews aren't on the floor )
My flight with Gulf Air was cancelled due to airspace closures. While the airline was very helpful and granted a full refund, Flysharp has made the recovery process a nightmare.
Being stranded overseas, I have tried reaching them by every means possible. I sent multiple messages to their WhatsApp helpline, which took them four days to answer, only to be told I needed to contact them from my registered number, which I was already doing. Despite the fact that I was contacting them with the number listed in my booking confirmation ( and that Gulf Air was contacting me on that exact number, provided to them by Flysharp) Flysharp continued to categorically refuse to begin the refund process stating that the number I was contacting them with was not registered. Simultaneously, I also sent numerous emails from my registered email address, which have been diligently ignored.
As I am abroad, I cannot shoulder the cost of calling the UK at €1.50 per minute just to be placed on hold for at least half an hour. When I attempted to call from a local UK number to save costs, they refused to help because the "number wasn't registered," despite them having multiple messages and emails by my registered contact information. And of course, after being hung up on, said emails continued to be ignored.
It has now been a week that this has continued, I am still stranded, and Flysharp continues to show a complete lack of customer service.
